If I started from the beginning of everything it would be quite embarrassing. We let our children stay here much longer then we should've enduring this circus. Let me start with billing. I've left three messages and written two email with people CC'ed on them and today I get on telehealth and as per usual they cancel while I'm on the call and will not send in meds for a stabilization of a FOUR year old child. We have had the director run to our house begging us not to pull our children out, stemming from one of our children being picked up soaked in pee with a fever, staff members telling our children they love them (this is THERAPY), cancellations repeatedly up to five minutes prior to appointments, being billed for THEIR cancellations, having a child come home with a red butt and poop on him from EARLIER in the day (he was crying because it hurt), being told we can't go in and get our child during therapy because we wanted to pull them out by someone who didn't even work with him he got in my face and tried to intimidate me (Kori tried to rectify this situation and apparently their VP of client Services reached out, but no one thought it was important enough to reach out to the parents of the children). The only time they wanted to get the VP of client services involved is when my husband swore at one of their staff members through text message because they canceled 15 minutes prior to an all day appointment, (this was the fourth time in a week) apparently that's worthy to them because they can't handle the truth. I am telling you if you want a babysitter and don't care about a true form of therapy, TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. You will get exactly that. If you care about your children, their well-being and professionalism run. I repeat run away from this facility. I am sure we will be dealing with the aftermath of this for years to come. They also have you sign some thing that you are not allowed to talk ill of them on social media (odd right???) this would not be me talking ill of them. This is me speaking the truth. RUN. Editing to add, our four year old has severe difficulty sleeping. Up all night where it was beginning to affect his health and eating habits, we reached out to the psych and she sent us a GOGGLE ARTICLE for sleeping tips.
