I went to the cabin a day or two later to find our 300 foot dirt lane was totally ruined, ruts up to 18 inches deep, a large tree had been damaged, and the lane was almost impassable. I called Brandon to see what had happened. He said the truck got stuck in the mud and they had to pay a tow truck $1200 to haul it out. No one called to tell me about the damage to our property. Their explanation was that we ordered the propane so they delivered it. They are unwilling to pay to get our lane properly graded and repaired. They claim it was my fault because I ordered propane. The driver could have walked his long hose down our lane to the tank. He chose to drive in the mud. It was dry when I ordered the propane. Chris also suggested that it was the tow truck's fault for all the damage. Really??? The tow truck wouldn't have been there if the propane driver had been smart enough not to drive in the mud. We are definitely changing propane companies as soon as possible. We have felt like we have had good service in the past but this event was totally inexcusable. They would not accept any responsibility for the damage to our property. It will take big equipment to repair our lane. Very unethical. I would not use this company again.

This place has become a absolute JOKE! I have been a customer since 2016. They used to be very…read morefriendly and very responsive to orders (less that a week for a delivery) now it takes over a month to get a delivery and they stopped doing "emergency" fills if you run out. A few homes ran out in my neighborhood, that's how i know this. Their customer service used to be great, but now they are very rude and just don't care. I put in a small order (200 gallons) and it was almost $500, somewhat understandable. After talking with a neighbor that i work with and lives three houses away from me, he told me he paid $1.48 for 200 gallons. I was charged $2.04. I called to figure out the reason for the different pricing when the delivery was the same day, they said "prices change for different areas". WTF, 600 yards is a different area? They also charged me with a "under utilization" fee of $100 because i didn't get two fills in a year, which i did but they didn't equal 800+ gallons in one year. Because the new "policy" is that if you don't use double the amount of the size of your tank in a year, you're under utilizing your tank and the tech's don't know if the tank is safe to fill. I about fell over when they told me that. When i told them i was switching services and asked about the propane that's in the tank that i have already paid for do they give me a credit? They told me they will charge me $200 to pump out the tank and will credit me the difference. Understandable, but there's not $200 worth of propane in the tank, then the lady said "well to bad for you , that's the fee, wait until your out of propane". WTF!!!! Absolute shitty customer service and a shitty company all around. I live in a small community, and most of us are switch services. Do your self a favor and find a different propane company!

As soon as I walked in to check in I could see this was a beautiful KOA. It has a large store with plenty of snacks, pool & hot tub. There are a lot of games & courtyards for the kids to play. Doesn't hurt to ask, right? So I called and said we were thinking about reserving a night there, but wanted to check if they had any available places for short-term storage afterwards, as we would be staying elsewhere for the next 3 nights. Woman on phone, very rudely: "Do you mean you don't want to stay here with us at all but you want to store your trailer here?" Me: "No" (repeated the same info as before). Woman, very curtly: "So we need to get you registered for a night then." Me, a little more warily: "Well we're considering it, but I just wanted to check about any available storage options you may have." Woman: "No, if you pay for a site, then you can store it here." Clearly, just asking a simple yes or no question was very harmful (to them) and their rude and hurtful reaction means that they are not interested in our business at all. A simple, kind, " No, I'm sorry we don't offer that" would have been lovely. Management may want to speak to the people who answer the phone, and re-teach what respectful interactions look like. WARNING: Be very careful if you have to deal with the manager, Brandon…read more Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance to have my trailer wiring installed. After waiting all this time and planning around the appointment, I received a call from the manager, Brandon, the day before the service telling me it was being canceled. What made this experience truly unacceptable was not just the cancellation, but Brandon's attitude. I was understandably frustrated after waiting more than a week, and instead of showing professionalism, empathy, or offering a solution, he was sarcastic and dismissive. He literally laughed while I was expressing my frustration and responded with "too bad." Being laughed at by a manager when you're trying to resolve a problem is beyond disrespectful. To make matters worse, Brandon made it very clear that they can refuse service to anyone and that they don't have to perform the work if they don't want to. Whether that is company policy or not, the way he communicated it came across as arrogant, dismissive, and completely unconcerned about the inconvenience caused after I had already waited over a week for my scheduled appointment. A manager represents the company, and Brandon's behavior reflected extremely poorly on this U-Haul location. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and basic professionalism. Canceling a scheduled appointment after making a customer wait more than a week is already frustrating enough, but mocking a customer for being upset is completely unacceptable. I wasted my time, rearranged my schedule, and received absolutely no accountability, apology, or effort to make things right. If this is how management treats customers, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This was not just bad service--it was disrespectful, unprofessional, and one of the most disappointing customer experiences I've ever had. Brandon is easily one of the worst managers I have ever dealt with, and based on my experience, customers should be cautious when dealing with him. Take your business elsewhere if you value your time and expect to be treated with basic respect.
