    Andrew delivering my replacement recliner.

I decided, last minute, to hire movers for a local move. I called Miracle Movers and told them what I was moving and what I was willing to pay. I gave them a final box count and we reviewed the photos of all my furniture. I agreed with their estimate which was 25% higher than what I wanted to pay. Before they arrived, I moved all of the 95 boxes out into the garage to help get the final cost down since they bill by the hour. The final cost was double my starting number. So they need to do some work to provide better estimates. But on the plus side, they were careful with my belongings and getting from the truck to my apartment on the 4th floor was quite the hike. After they left, I plugged my recliner in and it wasn't working. I looked underneath and found that two of the wires must have been tangled up with whatever it was that they used to move it, and the wires were stretched to the breaking point. The company sent 2 people over to see if they could fix it. Two hours later we abandoned the effort and they told me to give them a few days to see what they could do to make it right. In the end, they found a new recliner and let me sit on it and try it on for size. It is nice, it is new, and it reclines. So I said, fair enough. They had gone the extra mile, and gave me more than they were obligated to do per the contract ($0.60/lb). We agreed on a delivery date and Andrew showed up right on time and delivered my new recliner to my place and hauled away the chair (which is that you call a recliner that doesn't recline). Happy Ending.

This is the second time we have used Miracle Movers and I am just as impressed with them this time as I was the first time. They use techniques that ensure your furniture and home are protected from damage. They work quickly and are such an organized team of movers. They are so professional, courteous, and friendly. They communicated their arrival time and showed up as scheduled. They exceeded all my expectations again. If you want to be thrilled with your moving crew then I would highly recommend using Miracle Movers.

The team was on time, professional, and was so knowledgeable towards odd things to pack up! Very helpful and all around nice group of men! They even took a pic with my dog at the end- can't thank them enough for such a smooth move!!

If you are looking for a moving company you can trust - you have come to the right place. I could not be happier with my experience with Miracle Movers. Landon and his team were highly professional, punctual, responsive to all my questions and concerns, and moved my shed in half the time expected. This was no easy task either - moving a shed is hard work and technical. Most companies would not even consider it, but Miracle Movers are literally miracle workers. They considered the job, got lots of information, and then made me a very reasonable offer to move it. I still cannot believe my shed is finally moved - undamaged and the price was affordable! There was a time when the customer mattered - this was all that and more. These guys were so detail oriented and helpful in the process. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I highly recommend them.

A brother in law of mine who happens to be elderly and handicapped asked me to help him move from Lehi to Saint George. I set up miricle movers to come in and make the move for us. Worst mistake I ever made. Let me start by saying everything in this house was show room quality like Thomasville and eathon Allen. No kids and not a scratch or nick on anything. After the movers Unloaded at the new house. What a disaster. 16 pieces of furniture and art work was damaged. Some beyond repair. After three months of being lied to by Landon at miricle movers. First it was we will get what can be repaired fixed and go from there. Then it was we will turn it over to our insurance. But insurance won't cover the damages. Said claim is not valid. To now they say they will pay me 60 cents per pound for damaged goods. Wow.i will copy and attach actual email from CFO of miricle movers for you to read. This way should you choose to use Miricle movers you can see exactly how they will treat you and what they think your life long accumulations are worth. Bottom line I would never never use miricle movers and I would never recommend them to anyone. And I see by the other comments I am not the only one to have gone through this. Please read to the end. Hi Dwayne, My name is Amanda and I'm the CFO at Miracle Movers. I apologize for the inconvenience of this situation but do want to thank Don for his business. We have never had a claim like this for damaged items in the history of our business. I've reviewed all the documents sent along with the pictures of the damages. I'd like to correct a statement in your letter, we have always had insurance for our business and have never had a lapse in coverage. The damages were denied under our liability policy as the policy covers property damage (I.e. to the home itself). This whole situation should have gone to our valuation policy from the beginning, this is described in the subsequent paragraph. The receipts provided in your email show that all furniture items were purchased by Don in 2005 and 2006, 15 years ago. The average useful life of furniture when calculating depreciation is 7-15 years which means that based on depreciation the value of these furniture items has significantly diminished over time. All damages to items are nicks and scratches and do not warrant a full item replacement. We will be following our valuation policy which is described below when determining the damage payout for this claim. Attached to the final invoice that was emailed to you on 5/7/2021, there is our valuation policy which is formally called "Released Value" and this is a federal law of our liability limits as a moving company, we are not an insurance company. We may also suggest that homeowner's policies may cover some of this as well if you'd like to look into that with Don on your own accord. As our valuation policy states, our maximum liability is $0.60 per pound per article. Our policy also states that there is a $250 deductible which we are waiving for you. We will only be providing compensation based on this policy for the original items mentioned back in May (headboard, 2 statues, radio, sled table, 2 dressers, 2 lamps, and 2 dining room chairs) which were those that you provided pictures of in May in our texts. We will be compensating the items at $0.60 per pound per damaged article. This is the maximum liability rate required (usually meant for a total loss of an item) but we are giving Don the max valuation even though the damages are cosmetic only. After doing our internal research and putting the original damaged inventory list in our CRM software, which calculates weight, it has been determined the weight of the covered items is 810 pounds. As a result, we will reimburse $0.60 per pound of that amount, coming to $486. This is the maximum payout that Miracle Movers will be providing. A check will be mailed to Don at his St George home within 7-14 business days. If his address has changed, please reply with his new, correct mailing address otherwise we will be defaulting to the address we moved him

The guys were amazing with not only our things but our dog as well, they even tossed his ball a couple times for him! If you care about your furniture, your time, or basic human decency -- DO NOT HIRE THEM AND DO NOT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS. I went out of my way to clearly communicate my expectations before the move: everything needed to be fully wrapped and handled with care. They acknowledged it. They agreed. And then they showed up and did the exact opposite. They didn't even bother to wrap my furniture properly. My dresser and my nightstand were rolled out on a dolly with just a blanket draped over the top -- the entire bottom fully exposed and unprotected. I have photo evidence. This wasn't a mistake. This was how they operate. One of their movers was missing for half the move, and the rest of the crew took 30 minutes to drive across the street. Yes, literally across the street. The level of carelessness and unprofessionalism was beyond anything I've ever experienced. When I confronted them with proof, they first admitted the crew took shortcuts -- then quickly flipped the script and tried to claim that throwing a blanket over a piece of furniture is their "standard practice." That's not a standard -- that's pure negligence, and they had the nerve to defend it. They refused to take accountability. They denied the damage was their fault. And instead of making it right, they offered me a half refund and called it a "goodwill gesture." This company is a scam. They cut corners, gaslight customers, and hide behind empty policies when they're called out. Avoid 801 Moving Company like your furniture depends on it -- because it does. I wouldn't trust them to move a cardboard box, let alone real furniture.

Just a quick prolog:…read more Since we Used Venmo I did try to recoup some of my losses through them. Unfortunately thought they said from my pictures I provided, etc. show there was some clear negligence going on this wasn't something they cover, so that's a good thing to be aware of if you book. Basically my option is to go to small claims court to try to recoup since there was a breach of contract (not providing the moving supplies and tools he listed in the actual contract that would have protected my belongings and expedited packing the truck), the damage to my belongings, and the further cost I incurred as a direct result of them not being able to do the job in the time quoted. If I was still in Salt Lake I'd go to court without any hesitation after the awful experience I had with Whipsmart.... But I'm not. Gas alone round trip is $200 just to file, plus hotel, plus having to do the trip again for the day in court, and the time out of my schedule all of this would take. I did talk to a lawyer and was advised likely a court would just "Split the baby" on a situation like this and at that point is it even worth it to incur further cost. Though Yeecii replied here about "Service" and how customers matter.... let me be clear... nothing happened. He has always had the ability to at the very (Very) least credit me for the half hour extra he charged me for, he's always had my phone number and email. You can even email through this site. Venmo even when the case was going on offered him the ability to give a partial refund or at least respond to the case. Nothing other has been done on his end other than that weird disjointed call he made after I initially posted the original review where he asked me to remove it.

We had a very disappointing experience with All Smiles Moving…read more My mother-in-law booked them based on an estimate provided ahead of time (03/26/26) and paid a deposit. However, on the day of the move (04/09/26), they presented a new estimate that was higher than what was originally agreed to. Before the movers even arrived, my husband had already done a significant amount of the work himself, he moved all the boxes into the garage and disconnected the washer and dryer. The only items left in the home were the large furniture pieces. When the two movers arrived, they even commented that this was going to be an "easy move" because of how much had already been done. We were told a crew of 3 movers would be handling the job, but only 2 showed up for most of the move. A third mover didn't arrive until the last couple of hours to help with the unloading. Because of this, the move took longer than it should have and since they charge hourly, that directly increased the total cost. This seems like normal practice for them, a bait and switch. They also spent an excessive amount of time (about an hour) just wrapping furniture, which again added to the bill. At the end, the total came out to nearly $1,000 significantly more than expected. On top of that, we received inconsistent paperwork with different versions of the agreement, which makes the charges even more questionable. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and misleading. Despite the amount of prep work done ahead of time, the job still took longer and cost more than it should have. If you're considering using this company, I would strongly recommend getting everything clearly locked in writing and confirming crew size before the move starts. Unfortunately, we would not use them again.
