I learnt more about the property than I expected. A lot of surprises were found; there were things I would not have noticed if I didn't have him. Also, he was able to explain to me about items that I had questions. Another important point that I almost forgot to mention is that he takes pictures of all his does and provides comment and recommendations in the report. The report is easy to read. Thus, if you are looking for a home inspector, please don't look any further. Jim is an expert and will take care of you.

I contacted them initially to come fix a fridge at our business. I allowed the tech in, and had to leave. He called to tell me the repair was done. When I came to check the work (the tech was not there at the time), the fridge was not working. So I texted. And called. Texted and called some more. Finally I got the guy back, he got the fridge to start cooling down, and I was told I could reach out with any issues. I paid my invoice, even adding a tip, because he told me he moved his schedule around to (finally) come fix the fridge. It wasn't until we actually got product for the fridge I noticed it wasn't working again. I texted the technician, who said he'd look into his schedule and work out a time... So I sent a follow up text...and call,and texted and called multiple times. None of which were returned. I finally called the dispatch line. They profusely apologized and said a manager would call me back in an hour. That, friends, was a week ago. Today I called and texted multiple times. Aside from an apology there has been no follow up by Summit Logistics or its tech. Read other reviews on this company, my story is nearly identical to several others who placed trust in them to stand by their work. I would NEVER recommend Summit Logistics.

The technician, Eric was business like and quick to repair my refrigerator and took all precautions in my home abiding by COVID-19 guidelines. Before presenting the bill he wiped my appliance down with an antiseptic spray to disinfect the area that he worked in. Amazing, quick, accurate, and sanitary! Great experience without a bunch of phone calls.

Within days of closing, multiple contractors and tradespeople identified numerous obvious and accessible signs of prior water intrusion and repairs that were present at the time of inspection and were not reported, including: Extremely warped and deteriorated wood flooring and subfloor around a main-floor toilet consistent with prior leakage (was ongoing). Evidence of this leak was also obvious in furnace room area below. Clear evidence of water damage and drywall repair in the living room ceiling. Water damage to the wood floor directly below the living room ceiling leak (was ongoing). Mold discovered after opening ceiling areas tied to prior leaks Clear roof-related leak staining affecting the master bedroom wall and master bathroom. Inspector told us roof was good for another 5 years. Water damage all along basement baseboards Additionally, polybutylene plumbing with SharkBite fittings was present in multiple accessible basement areas and was not identified or flagged as a concern in the inspection report. Given the well-known risks associated with PB plumbing, this omission was particularly concerning. None of these issues were hidden behind finished walls, and they were later pointed out by multiple professionals as conditions that should have been observable during a standard home inspection. We relied on this report when purchasing the home and would have made very different decisions had these issues been disclosed. Since discovering these problems, I have attempted to contact C & H Inspections multiple times. Emails to the inspector are now bouncing, and we have also reached out through their website without receiving any response. Despite these huge issues missed, we have only been offered half our inspection fee back, but still have not seen anything from them. We trusted this inspection when making one of the largest purchases of our lives, and we are deeply disappointed in both the quality of the inspection and the lack of follow-up or accountability afterward. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend C & H Inspections.

They use a disinfectant that goes through the system and kills everything as well so I was relieved to know any mold would be gone right away. They found lots of construction debris and other trash. Apparently air ducts are a popular place to discard trash for construction crews... The filter in my furnace was pretty bad as well and they went out of their way to get me a new one. Green Home was very thorough and I feel so much better knowing we are moving into a clean home inside and out. I'm very happy with the service. I recommend them to anyone looking to clean the forgotten places where the air you breathe travels through.

I had a really frustrating experience with Beehive Plumbing…read more I had a clogged toilet and sewage backing up into the shower drain next to it, so I called Beehive. To their credit, they were very nice on the phone and came out within a few hours. The technician, TJ, was also nice and seemed like he was trying his best. He spent a few hours there, went through multiple toilets, and tried a couple of cleanouts. In the end, though, he was not able to clear the clog. He told me the issue was solely because of a belly in the drain line. It does look like there is a belly in the line, so I am not disputing that. But the next day, I had another plumbing company come out. They pulled the same toilet TJ had pulled the day before and were able to locate and clear the actual clog in about 20 minutes. So I ended up paying two plumbing companies for the same problem, and the second company actually fixed it. I called Beehive afterward multiple times trying to get this resolved. Each time, I was told a supervisor would call me back within a few days, but no one ever called. When I followed up, they said their notes showed the supervisor had tried to call but couldn't leave a message. That happened twice, even though I've never had any issue receiving voicemails before. Finally, on the third attempt, I waited on hold until they transferred me directly to James, who I was told is the customer support supervisor. James told me that if I got an invoice from the second plumbing company showing there was a clog that was cleared, Beehive would reimburse me for their charge. The next day, I got the invoice from the second company and sent it to the email address James gave me. The invoice stated that there was a soft clog that was removed/pushed through. It also noted the belly in the line and said it could cause future clogs, but the immediate issue was still an actual clog that the second company cleared. Since that clog was cleared, everything has been working normally for 30+ days. I waited another week and heard nothing back. I called Beehive again and was told they "didn't receive" the invoice, even though I had sent it to the exact email address James gave me. I resent it to the same address, then once again had to wait on hold and ask to be transferred directly to James because the call-back process clearly wasn't working. After all of that, Beehive refused to reimburse me because the invoice also mentioned the belly. That felt really unfair. The belly may be a real longer-term plumbing issue, but the immediate problem I called about was a clog, and another company cleared that clog the next day after Beehive could not. What made it even more frustrating is that after looking through other reviews, I saw other customers describe what sounded like a similar experience: Beehive recommending a very expensive repair when another company was able to address the immediate issue for much less. My impression was that they were more focused on pointing me toward a multi-thousand-dollar repair for the belly than solving the immediate clog I had called them for. They were fast and polite, but based on this experience, I would not use them again. I would recommend calling a smaller local plumbing company instead.

Once he caught up to me, he decided he was going to tailgate me. After he was tailgating me for a minute, I decided to slow down. The driver then decided to cut around me and almost hit an oncoming truck. When I called, of course, nobody could answer to take the report. I will never use or recommend this business to anyone!
