One of the biggest challenges for me was that I was handling the sale of this house from California while the property was in Utah. Being so far away could have made the whole process incredibly stressful, but Rylar and Nicole stepped in and handled so many things that I simply couldn't take care of from hundreds of miles away. And, of course, there were a few hiccups along the way! At one point, the lawn burned and looked terrible. Rylar immediately got on top of it and made sure it was taken care of. Now the lawn is plush, green, and looks beautiful! They also helped coordinate the landscaping, getting the house ready to go on the market, staging the primary suite, bathrooms, living room, dining area, and kitchen, and even details like getting the basement carpet cleaned. Being in California, it meant so much to know that I had people I could trust on the ground taking care of everything. Rylar also did a thorough job evaluating the market and walking us through comparable sales, pending homes, and active listings so we could make an informed decision about pricing. I appreciated having their experience and honest guidance rather than ever feeling pressured in one direction or another. Their marketing plan was equally impressive, including an open house, social media and video marketing, neighborhood outreach, and making sure the property was presented at its very best. What stood out most was that this never felt like we simply had real estate agents handling a transaction. It felt like we had a team of people looking out for us and our home. Whenever something came up, Rylar was on it. Communication was clear, questions were answered, problems were handled, and I had peace of mind knowing things were being taken care of even though I was so far away. In fact, I now have a new nickname for him: "Rylar the Rockstar Realtor!" I would absolutely recommend Rylar, Nicole, and the entire Masco Realty Group to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, but especially to anyone who has to manage a sale from out of state.
