She completed both…read moreher driver's ed and behind-the-wheel lessons with him, and passed her driving test on her first try, which she truly could not have done without his guidance. As a parent, I am incredibly proud of her and so grateful for the confidence and skills Franco helped her build. Franco taught her clearly and thoroughly, and she follows the advice and rules he gave her every time she drives. He is extremely knowledgeable about traffic laws (as a former police officer), very patient, and takes the time to make sure students truly understand the rules of the road--not just memorize them. I highly recommend Franco and Libertini Driving School to any parent looking for a professional, patient, and trustworthy instructor for their child.

Our child went here for nearly 3 years. They have 6 different ways to communicate schedules and I…read morecould never keep up. They use 3 different chats in their own app, text you, and email you. It is extremely disjointed and disorganized. Nothing is planned ahead so if you aren't checking your 6 different inboxes for info from the school you are bound to miss something. But they do make sure to text multiple times to remind you if you leave your kid there after closing on Tuesdays is $5 per minute. So if they want you to receive a message they know how to send it but if it doesn't benefit them you can expect to go hunting for any info you need. The director is cold and short. I couldn't wait to get my kid out of the school. Nothing like what it says on paper. Mrs. Helen is also a horrible teacher she has no patience or care for children. She shushes our child many times when he needed assistance resulting in traumatic experiences that could have easily been avoided if she had any capacity to work with small children.

The issues with this place is the rate of bullying and the lack of care from staff! My daughter is quiet and keeps to her herself. Most days she's scared to even go to school. Today I had picked her up from the last day of summer school and as we were driving off a girl (of a different race) leaned out of the back of the truck she was in and looked at my daughter and yelled "dumb b****"! apparently this has been thing that has been going on the whole school year. My daughter didn't want to say anything due to being scared of getting beat up!!!!!! This girl is a bully and my daughter's counselor was already aware of the bullying issues During the school year (this is what my daughter tells me) and all my daughter gets is a "well let me know if it happens again and you can come sit in here if it makes you feel safe".... Are you for real!? I called the school today to make them aware that I will involve the police and the school if there is NO corrective action taken WHEN this happens again. The bullying issues were not ever to this extent when I attended Bonneville. Its truly sad and pathetic that adults are too afraid to actually take care of and stop bullying like they LOVE to advertise!!! Bonneville High School staff, you all should be very ashamed that you preach "no bullying allowed" but are too scared to actually STOP IT!!!!!!

She had previously attended the school once last year and had recently passed her permit test, so I wanted to sign her up for the required driver's education class. Unfortunately, the lady at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and rude. Instead of answering my questions, she gave us information that was completely unrelated to what we were asking. When I tried to clarify, the lady at the front desk spoke to us in a demanding and disrespectful way, telling us things that had nothing to do with our situation. She even started blaming my daughter, calling her irresponsible for not attending classes last year. I understand the importance of responsibility, and I disciplined my daughter when she missed classes in the past. But the way the lady at the front desk spoke to us was very defensive and unprofessional, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I spent my money expecting good service, but instead I felt disrespected and ignored. I do not recommend dealing with this place if you want clear information and respectful treatment.
