I have been to many different chiropractors, but then stopped for a while. I developed a painful arthritis problem in my neck, and my son recommended that I try Dr. Bingham because his family had gone to him and all felt they had received the help that was needed. After going to Dr. Bingham for a short time, my neck improved and now if I go once a month, my neck no longer is painful. DO NOT GET A MASSAGE HERE! So I had bought the Groupon deal for a massage, and this was one of the participating locations. My massage was AWFUL! I am in SO much pain today. Literally my whole back and neck are killing me. I don't know what this chick did to me, but it does NOT feel good. I told her I had injuries from a car accident and just wanted light pressure. But several times I was left saying "OW!" And today my physical therapist said my muscles were extremely tense and in worse shape than she left me on Monday. Yikes. The girl who did my massage was nice, but she would not stop talking the entire time! I wanted to relax and enjoy my hour massage, but I had to keep answering her questions. After my massage, I didn't feel relaxed at all. The ambiance was also not up to par. The room was just quiet, there was none of the relaxing music I had expected. Another thing that I thought was really weird was that there was a bottle of Walmart brand olive oil on her work table. Is that what you're rubbing down clients with? When my massage was over, I literally had to wipe myself down because I was more oily than McDonald's fries. i had to go home and take a shower because I was so greasy. I've gotten a FREE massage that was 20 times better than this one that I paid for. I also wasn't in awful pain after my free massage like I am after this one. Needless to say, I'm never going back there again. I guess it should have been a red flag that their company font is Papyrus! *EDIT* So after the first massage, Utah Valley Chiropractic had seen my review and called offering me another massage to make up for how bad the first one was. I figured why not, I'm not about to turn down a free massage. I had a massage scheduled with the lady who works in the mornings instead of the girl I had before, the one who works in the afternoon. This massage was 100 times better. When I got into the room, there was no Walmart olive oil on the work table, so that is definitely a plus. There was also relaxing music playing, which I very much enjoyed. The lady didn't bombard me with questions the entire time, just a few times asking if the pressure was too much. I also didn't feel like I was hit by a truck the next day. The pressure she used was perfect and I left feeling very relaxed and still felt good the next day. Also, the massage lotion she used smelled great and didn't leave me greasy and gross feeling like last time. So I changed my review to an average between the two experiences I had. If you do decide to get a massage here, go with the lady who works in the mornings. read more

I have CRPS, and after every other available non-surgical intervention and treatment was tried, I was ready to try Calmare therapy. After discussing the treatment with my insurance company, I was able to determine that they'd automatically cover it if I obtained the treatment in an actual medical office. Since that's not a local option, they let me know that if the treatment was effective, and based on the nearest medical office providing it, I could appeal the automatic denial I'd receive if I got the treatment in a non-medical setting and it would likely be approved. With this information I moved forward and sought treatment in this office. Payment was required up front, which I paid in cash as a direct debit from my checking account. At the time I made payment I also provided my insurance information and made it clear that they were to bill my insurance for this, so I could appeal and get it covered. The actual treatment was great! It worked the mythical miracle, and I was very happy. I was able to walk without my cane again! The treatment requires ongoing maintenance sessions on an as needed basis, which the money I paid up front should have covered for years once insurance approved things. Instead, the insurance paperwork showing the denial for me to appeal never came. It's on me that I didn't dig further in time. What happened was that the person in charge of billing just failed to submit it to insurance. This screwed me out of 80% (my portion) of the $1500 payment I made. Additionally, this screwed me out of the ability to continue with further treatment and left me again unable to walk unassisted without a cane. When I did eventually contact them about billing the insurance, they verified to me that they did have my insurance info, they just never bothered to bill it. So if you want to use insurance for any services offered, I highly recommend finding another office. This one can't be trusted to bother to send in the paperwork to get paid and will screw you out of large sums of money. read more

I noticed immediate relief my first visit. He is now my first choice whenever I get a hint that the pain is returning. read more

He listens, takes his time with me, is extremely knowledgable, and I feel that he cares about my well being. I have also had the pleasure of getting a massage from Christine on many occasions now. I started going to see Dr Bingham about six months ago and I am glad I found him. His office is comfortable and the staff is super friendly. I never have to wait very long, if at all and there have been a few times where I have called in and they fit me in within an hour or two on the same day.
