I have had the most amazing experience at this clinic. I have persistent perioral dermatitis after living in mold. Ann has been so helpful and kind. The whole staff has gone above and beyond helping me in any way they can. I've called and they always answer my questions and really care about you as a person. I had some horrible experiences trying to treat this with other dermatologists and so I suffered with it for about a year before coming here. My face is so much better and almost completely cleared up. If you are struggling with your skin and scared to go to dermatologists because of past experiences, I'd recommend this place above all else. read more

Alpine dermatology fit me in on a Monday morning after being out of the country. I returned with an inflamed cyst, infected & swollen eye. They stayed late Monday to assist me, injected steroids into my eyelid where the cyst was, & within 24 hours my eyelid was healing, not swollen & recovering. they were all nice enough but they ended up leaving a stitch in, which festered and the knot wasn't cut so it was quite difficult to get out (OUCH!) I don't really care about the scar but other people would. Then they sent a big bill 2 months later - they had not sent it to my insurance as I asked - I changed jobs during that time and so don't have that insurance anymore so there are delays getting reimbursement as the 2 stars indicate...They could've been better read more

I have been going to Alpine for a couple years and should have stopped going long ago. Dr. Stolman is condescending and doesn't take the time to remember anything we have discussed or even look at the chart beforehand. It feels like seeing a new provider every time I have an appointment. She also seems unwilling to work with me or explore options for treatment of my acne other than accutane. There was one occasion where after a particularly painful extraction near my eye I felt light headed. Knowing I am prone to feinting I asked repeatedly for a couple minutes to remain sitting in the room. Dr. Stolman brushed off my request and ushered me to the counter to pay. I was standing near the door when I blacked out. Luckily I wasn't injured, but even at this point I was met with a condescending attitude, like this was such a burden to them! read more

I don't usually write reviews but this on had to be written, they lengthened out my skin treatment for as long as they could sucking money out of visits and prescriptions while giving me bottom tier topiary creams and refusing good treatment, once I left after a frustrating 3 years I went to a clinic in Lehi and they immediately knew what to and after only 2 weeks my skin is clear. if you want fast trustworthy care don't bother with this place read more

After showing up to my rescheduled appointment (i had to rescheduled because the doctor had something come up) i was rudely told i would have to reschedule again even tho i made it before the 15 minute reschedule policy. I had such high hopes for this place, I had seen the eczema kit online and the reviews raving about it so I decided to make an appointment. I live 45 minutes away and upon arrival I was in the exam room within 5 minutes which was great but then they made me wait over 30 minutes! I opened the door to see what was going on and they were just sitting and talking! I asked when I was going to be looked at because I had another appointment back near my home (45 min away) in less than an hour. Another 10 min later, finally the doctor comes in and speed examines me. Not to hurry and help me get to my next appointment, but to rush me out of the door because I wasn't there having an expensive procedure done. Everyone except the girl at the front desk acted they were so much better than everyone else. read more

A few weeks ago I made an appointment for a body scan to check moles, etc. I showed up on time at 9:00am. They had my apt down for the wrong date. Instead of sending me home, they squeezed me in. I had Dr Carolyn and she's awesome. So very thorough and explained everything to me that she found. I was concerned about a few spots and she took the time to explain and educate me. I just had my first appointment with Dr. Stolman. I had a great experience with her and her staff. I was in and outing an hour. Going to the doctor is never my favorite thing to do but this office made me feel welcome and comfortable. She even gave me samples to try for my acne. I am very pleased to have found a great dermatologist in the area. read more

I am pretty disappointed with this place. I began experiencing pretty bad adult-acne in May 2017. I was not expecting this clinic to let me down this badly like they did. I went in once a month to try and get my acne under control. Each time, Dr. S was prescribing me something new. After three months of this with no results, Dr. S finally decided to put me back on accutane (I've been on this before). You have to take a pregnancy test, wait 30 days, and come back for another pregnancy test before you can be prescribed this drug. When I came back, I had a different doctor (Dr. E) because Dr. S was out of town. Dr. E was so incredibly unprofessional. She was slandering Dr.S to my face, practically saying she was incompetent and shouldn't have prescribed me the certain medications that she had in the past because they basically wouldn't fix my acne at all! Dr. E also told me she did not want to put me on accutane because I'm married and sexually active. I do understand there are risks with accutane and birth defects. I told her that when I was on accutane before, (1) I was sexually active on this drug because I have been married for two years and (2) I am an incredibly responsible person and take birth control very seriously. I felt like Dr. E was shaming me, like I was a horrible person for even thinking of putting a potential baby at risk like that. Seriously? I would never want to cause MY OWN baby (or ANY baby for that matter) birth defects, that's why I am incredibly careful and responsible. Not to mention, accutane requires you to be on TWO forms of birth control! Dr. E said to start seeing her instead of Dr. S if I wanted to clear up my acne and ended up prescribing me something entirely different. It has been a month with the new prescription and guess what? I STILL have acne. It's practically December 2017, 8 MONTHS LATER and no results. What a freakin waste of time and money. Not to mention, what horrible providers who clearly can't get along and work with each other. I'll be going somewhere else from here on out. read more

I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, and she had a dry sense of humor that I really appreciated, but I wonder if that is what rubs some of the negative reviewers wrong. Seems like this place has really gone downhill since Caroline left to relocate to Pennsylvania. I used to get my botox done every four months and sadly, today, I had to find another provider for the service. I waited 30 minutes for them to stick me in a room, didn't even prep by having me sign the consent form and eventually, I just had to leave... :( long time loyal customer gone. I never write reviews, but I've been wanting to write this review for a long time because I am still very upset. I had been to this place a couple of times and always left feeling very disappointed in their lack of customer service, concern and results. It always seemed like it was all about the money. I never did see Dr. Eberting--it was always someone else--which is not what I expected. So I never wanted to go back. Then I went to an open house in early 2016 where they advertised that different professionals would be making presentations about their services. Afterward, I talked to Dr. Stolman about a large dark spot on my left temple that I had had treated with liquid nitrogen (cryotherapy) several times over the years by different dermatologists. The spot would disappear but gradually would come back over time. I was only concerned about it for cosmetic reasons. She immediately told me it should be biopsied. I had never had a skin biopsy before and assumed it meant just scraping a little of the skin surface where the spot was--no big deal. So I agreed to come back for the biopsy. She didn't explain the procedure and what it would entail. She numbed the area and did the biopsy. When I took the bandage off at home, I was horrified to see this big hole/indentation/gouge in my face. At my follow up, I told her how shocked and unhappy I was when I saw what she had done. She told me they were good at fixing scars. (I thought, "You better be!!!") She had sent the biopsy to a lab and it was diagnosed as actinic keratosis. I looked it up online and my dark spot did NOT fit the characteristics of that diagnosis. She told me it was precancerous so it was good that we had done the biopsy. I asked for a copy of the lab report and their comment was: "No significant melanocytic atypia is appreciated." She would always justify what she did by saying it was precancerous. I also told her that I had been to many dermatologists over the years and none of them had ever suggested that it might be cancerous or that I should have a biopsy. I also told her my mother had the same pigmentation in the exact same spot, so I figured it was genetic. And my mother never had it treated even for cosmetic reasons and lived to age 90 with no skin cancer! Dr. Stolman did some laser treatments and cryotherapy on the area to take care of the redness and any of the dark pigment that was not removed, etc. from the surgery, but it did NOT correct the indentation/gouge. And each time she did this, she charged my insurance. (More ways to make money)! So, I am left with a 1" by 1/2" scar/indentation on my face that is white and smooth and ugly! I consulted with a plastic surgeon who said it would cost $1000 to try to fix it, but I would still have a line scar. Needless to say, I am still very upset and feel like they should pay me what it will cost to try to repair it. And I definitely wouldn't trust them to ever do any more procedures on my face! read more

The doctor and staff here are wonderful. I have had great results with my skin under their care. They really tailor to your needs. I scheduled a chemical peel and when I got there the esthetician said I would benefit more from a microderm treatment. I'm so glad the care is personalized. read more

Dont waste your time. Horrible customer service. I had to recommend services not the other way around. I was in and out in 5 min with nothing fixed. They were very rude and absolutely no help. The billing department is a joke. They do not return calls and are never in the office. I would highly recommend staying away. read more

They sucks!! Don't ever go there, it's just a waste of money and they are expensive. I went there a week ago and have a chemical skin peel but after a week my skin still the same, never peeled or anything! Called them but didn't do any good. What a waste of time and $100 bucks! read more
