I first contacted her last summer after reading her reviews here on Yelp. I wanted some advice when making improvements to the house that would make the most sense when it was time to sell. She came out to see the property at that time (which I didn't expect) and offered me advice which seemed well thought out and reasonable. This year I was ready to sell and I called Noel along with another agent to set up interviews. Noel came out to meet me first and I liked her so well that I cancelled the second interview and signed a contract that night. I had already done a lot of work to the house, but Noel offered suggestions to finish getting it ready for the market and helped find a couple of contractors that I still needed. She even helped me to stage the place using many of her own supplies on the evening before we had pictures taken. The result was that I had 5 offers on the first day that we accepted them. I accepted the best offer, established a second offer as a back-up contract, and then went right to work completing my move out of the house. I was in transit going across the country during most of the escrow period, but we were able to keep in touch and take care of the remaining business by phone, email, DocuSign, and overnight mail.
