Horrible customer service. Failed to file with the insurance companies and when contacted about it basically said not my problem.

Prepare to wait a long time to see a doctor when there is nobody else there. The office staff is not informative and unfriendly every time.

I see her at the Tulsa clinic, 2121 E 21st St. I've read reviews having negative issues. I particularly don't understand when people report difficulty in making appointments. Several doctors of this clinic also keep hours in Claremore. But that's only one day a week for them. It is a busy clinic. But as another reported, the doctor has "squeezed" me in when I called with an issue. It isn't uncommon for the parking lot and waiting room to be packed. That's my only negative. I'm a blue eyed blonde and one time sun goddess. I've regularly seen dermatologists as far back as I can remember. Her online profile mentions her interest in surgical dermatology and Botox. I have no experience with her outside of regular check-ins. And to that I'll say she is absolutely the most thorough I've ever experienced. I've found her assistants to not only be amiable but helpful with medications and prescribing. They work for you -- they know who has your meds, how much it costs, what discounts are available, etc. Another positive is their patient portal. Answered in a timely manner and no hesitation in giving you a call. Be sure to have all your insurance cards every time you visit and be prepared for minimal paper work once you're an established patient. Once your appointment is over you'll see the personnel at the front desk who will make your next appointment.

She looked at it under a light scope and said the cellular makeup was not cancer. I have an identical twin who recently had a skin cancer removed. Most recently a follow-up appointment which I waited over an hour to get in. I told her the spot had not completely healed. Once again she applied more liquid nitrogen and assured me not cancer. The next day my neck was very swollen and I had a terrible headache. I called the office to see what to do. Spoke to a nurse who ask me to take a picture and she was texting me a number so a doctor could look at. Never received a text! Called back, the office personnel said should receive soon. It's been 3 hours! Still no call back!

The front office staff was helpful, all extremely COVID cautious, with temperature checks, screening questions, plexiglass and hand sanitizer in the small lobby area. Everyone, including other patients in the lobby area, was masked. Dr Alison Fischer was professional, caring and took her time to discuss and explain several procedures and treatment options. She was also able to do one of the procedures in the office on the same day, without having to schedule another appointment. The MA during my appointment was excellent as well. I will definitely be continuing my dermatological care with Southside in the future.

She assured me not cancer and treated with liquid nitrogen. I told her I have twin brother who recently had skin cancer removed. She assured me the cellular makeup was not cancer and no biopsy required. Yesterday I returned for follow up ...and the spot is still there. She assured me again not cancer and aggressively froze it again. The next day my neck was swollen, headache and ringing in my ear. I called office 3 times. First time nurse said she would text me # to send pictures. 2nd time called to say never received text. 3rd time, waited on phone until 5pm and call went to voicemail because their office closed. Additionally, the PA gave me no instruction what to do, how to treat the area or who to call if a complication. I guess the Hippocratic oath is out the door. Profit over patient care!!!

If you're thinking about laser hair removal, THIS is the place to go. I tried consulting with a…read morechain company to get mine done, but they were very pushy and changed their pricing constantly. I decided to come to Tulsa Skin Center for my first session instead, and am SO happy I did. Paige is excellent, professional, and does a great job quickly- I usually get done within half an hour. I see results after every session, and she leaves rescheduling up to you- you're not signing up for a contract. Prices are also very clear, and relatively affordable for this process. I like how calm and comfortable she makes you feel during the appointments, and most of all, I love not having to shave! I've already referred a friend to TSC, and if you're thinking about hair removal, stop waxing and come here instead! I can't believe it took me so long to finally do it- BEST DECISION EVER!

After visiting Tulsa Skin Center several years ago, my skin has improved tremendously. In addition…read moreto using the Micropen on my face for preventative aging maintenance, Paige told me about the benefits of using it on scars and stretch marks. I had good-sized scars all over my body (especially legs and back) from playing many years of school sports and having many pre-cancerous spots removed by dermatologists. One spot on my back looked and felt like a hole from where a horrible dermatologist removed too much muscle tissue (my new derm. confirmed it was a horrible minor surgery job). After several Micropen treatments, it is almost FLAT. My other scars are minimal or nonexistent now. We also used the pen on my hip and thigh stretch marks that had been there for 15+ years. Those are also minimal or gone after a few treatments. I'm so happy to know the results are forever because the pen helps natural collagen fill in the work needed as opposed to artificial injections. I live in Dallas now, but still visit at least twice a year for pen treatments. Lastly, we treated a few spider veins on my legs that were completely gone in two visits. Luckily that is one thing I don't have many of, but I highly recommend the treatments if you do. You cannot beat the price, quality, and customer service by Paige. As another review said, she is an open and honest person, but in a professional manner. She is fair about what you do and don't need (just ask her) because sometimes we think we need everything done when it's unnecessary. She will not oversell you! The treatments and skin care recommendations have been a huge confidence booster...now if a cure for leg cellulite can come out, then life will be golden. ;)
