Well, according to the Arizona Attorney General, that is defined and considered consumer fraud by being deceptive and unfair and a misrepresentation by a seller. The employee(s) failed to inform us of their policy at the time of the transaction. The AAG has the ability to investigate unfair and deceptive business practices. They do require masks as of March 2021, however, it is a business owner's right to require (such as no shoes no shirt no service). It is also a corporation rather than a mom and pop, so higher chances of requiring masks. I have been here several times, and they have always had what I needed for my sporting needs.
