Well, according to the Arizona Attorney General, that is defined and considered consumer fraud by being deceptive and unfair and a misrepresentation by a seller. The employee(s) failed to inform us of their policy at the time of the transaction. The AAG has the ability to investigate unfair and deceptive business practices. Staff has always been friendly, helpful and considerate. I am 70 years old. I would strongly suggest working out before 3 pm as the kids from the high school tend to overpopulate the machines and sit there while playing with their phones.
