This last time I stood in front of a counter where a guy was working on a computer. I patiently was waiting. He never once said anything to me even to say I'll be right with you or anything. And then just walked off into the back room. All he had to do was say someone will be right with you or I'm not open. So when my brake light went out, I went to O'Reilly instead at my dad's suggestion. Finally, an auto parts store that treats you like a neighbor needing help, not someone who should know how to do everything on your own. Though originally I only walked in to get a replacement bulb and some new auxiliary mirrors for my side mirrors, after all the help and direction they gave me (not to mention the tools they let me borrow). I went back in, after replacing the bulb and bought a socket set and tire iron as well. They really care and go the extra mile to help you out and make sure you have exactly what you need to work on your car.
