I came here with a friend to get us both a manicure and pedicure and I also had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. I told the lady that my upper lip and eyebrows were burning. She said it will be okay. 2 days later I had blisters on both areas. I came back to show the owner and to fill out some form of injury documentation. She said "everyone's skin is different ". I said yes but I've never been burnt and I've been doing this for 15 years. She said get a lawyer and have them call me? Seriously? I will never go back there for any kind of service and I will let as many people know....there are other nail salons that do great jobs for nails. But the owner, Julie, was very rude and showed no compassion for the pain I went through and the scars I now have. So be careful what you wish for Julie ......a lawyer you want, a lawyer you get! Nothing but nasty! And by the way....they never even apologized or offered any complimentary services to try to appease me. I wouldn't have taken the offer anyway. read more

This was not a good experience I wanted ombre nails and even though they look acceptable this not what I wanted or the length. Instead of telling me that they don't have the right powers to do make I want he tried to sweet talk me to get this and then charged more at the end. I like my nails short he wouldn't cut them how I wanted because he knew the technique he was doing wouldn't work with what I wanted. Finally I wanted green and by the time he was done they were gray. I will never be back. 2 stars because my feet were okay. read more

I have been to this place several times because it is close to my work - and every time there is some kind of issue. Make an appointment and still end up waiting while they take walk ins ahead of you. Gel polish is old and watered down and instead of saying something they finish the job and then tell you to come back later and they will fix. Come back and have to wait another hr to fix. Nails break hrs after they are done. If you place any value on your time - don't come here. read more

Was asked to pick a polish and be seated. Two other females walked in directly after and were seated immediately. I refuse to patron anyone who treats me as a second citizen. My money is green too btw. They have a "preference" on who they prefer to serve. read more

The absolute worst gel fill I have ever gotten smh my nail salon I usually go too was completely booked for Mother's Day I called them and they had openings they quoted me $23 dollars over the phone and charged me $35 after it was all done then said oh it was miscommunication which makes no sense I told him I need gel polish refill with powder that's pretty clear smh by 2pm the next day my left thumb started peeling and 2 days after that the right one started peeling I would absolutely never go back or recommend anyone gel Is suppose to last longer and after over charging me there's no reason at all for them to be peeling not even a week later smh read more

Had a little time before meeting someone so I decided to stop in and get my eyebrows waxed. Salon was empty so I was able to get right in. It's seemed to be clean but it was very awkward getting my eyebrows waxed in the front of the salon in a hair chair. The lady did a decent job on my eyebrows but I don't know if I would go back just because it was a bit uncomfortable getting my eyebrows waxed up in the open in the front of the salon. read more

This place is wonderful! Seriously the technicians take their time, pamper you, and provide quality manicures and pedicures. The place is very clean, and those pedicure chairs- I've never reclined and had someone paint my toes. I could've taken a nap- so relaxing! You can't beat the prices here. I had been going to Henry on and off for about 15 years, I think. I like the job he does on my nails, but he is always "running late," so I changed to another salon a few years ago. I was extremely displeased with the job I got at my new salon when I returned at the beginning of the season, so I decided to look around for a new place. That's when I happened into Enails, and who should I see but my old buddy Henry. I made an appointment for a fill and arrived on time. Henry told me he was unable to take care of me because of a family issue, but her referred me to Holly. Well, I am a happy lady. My nails look great. Holly did a great job. I have to thank Henry for referring me to this nail tech. I will be returning for a fill and a pedicure, and Holly has a new customer! P.S. The shop is just beautiful! read more

Very clean and sanitary. Friendly staff always does a great job on my pedicure. I highly recommend trying the volcano pedicure as an upgrade, there a a few different fragrances to choose from, I love the lavender. It's truly a pampering everyone deserves. read more

They don't listen to what you actually want. I was specific with what I asked for but they didn't listen. I could tell that she didn't process what I was saying, it's like she just tuned me out completely. And when I got waxed, I only asked them to do a specific spot but she did the entire area. It also took them 4 different workers to figure out how much I owed them. Not sure why. They all had attitudes with me and I didn't feel welcomed there at all. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Sonny did my gel mani/reg pedi and has ruined my fingernails...they peeled within 5 days. Sloppy pedi--peeled gel and attitude..., no more will I accept this poor service for my hard-earned money...learn from other reviewers and look elsewhere to have a great and relaxing service for your dollars!! read more

Very disappointed with my last visit. I got a manicure and the paint chipped off a couple of my nails in less than 24 hours. Not only did the paint chip off but it was also painted very sloppy to begin with . I went in to get my nails fixed the next day and was not treated to nicely and felt very disrespected. Instead of taking the time to re-do the chipped nails, he just slopped on more paint...it now looks worse than before. I am very upset with how my nails look and I will never be going back. I could understand if the paint chipped after a couple of days of being done but not less than 24 hours. The lady did a poor job to start with and it definitely showed. read more

Sonny did my acrylic fills on a Sunday evening and by Monday morning my nails were lifting. They are way overpriced and many techs have poor attitudes. I called to voice my concern only to get ripped a new one and hung up on. I ended up getting a nasty fungus and a greenish black mold growing on 4 of my fingers! Clean, bright, beautiful, and reasonable prices! $25 for a regular pedicure. The nail technician took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all. Pedi was about 45 minutes from start to finish. Near the end, you get an amazing leg & foot massage (and the massage chair reclines)! Definitely coming back. read more

I am new to the area.Found this little gem of a place and had visited a few times very impressed,top of the line cleanliness and quality work.Ihave got my pedicure by Dylan during which two ladies kept talking to him in Vietnamese laughing and carrying on.The second time i came back i tried to relax this time but same thing happened again,this time i had a manicure by Kim thinking I could relax,but it was worse.The girl in the corner behind me kept speaking to him in Vietnamese.This time four it five of them speaking together and laughing I find it to be very rude.Im not sure who the owner out is but I think if this keeps on they will lose business.I would have recommended it to others if not for that.I will not be back.They have lost a customer for life.Too bad because it is a gorgeous place and they did the best work I would have continuously gone to them if not for that. read more
