Customer service is horrible. We have had several issues with them over the years. Today was the end. Took my wife's mule in for warranty service. They returned it with a flat tire, and then walked away like no biggie. A salesman with a customer pointed it out to me. He then walked away like too bad for you. read more

George Calderon seemed very knowledgeable upon fist meeting him. I put down a $500 deposit for a mule. He knew his way around the computer and came up with a quote in minutes. He said the mule should come in the end of October but said im going to tell you November just to be safe. My mule finally came in the 1st week of February. Waiting 4 months was not what I'm disgruntled about. I called George and he was with another customer. I left my number but he never called back. I called the next week left my number, no return phone call. This happen 4 times!!!! On the 5th call I actually got to speak with him and let him know,I was not happy, this is not how you take care of customers! Never calling back says you could care less about me or my $23,000+ dollars I'm giving your company. Had my company not already cut the check I would have gone someplace else. Shelby took over once the mule came in and she called me 5 times with updates. She did a great job. George did not! I never heard from George again. I wouldn't recommend buying here, my experience was not great. read more

I gave it five stars only because of a technician that waited after hours for me to come pick up my order on a Friday. I was running late due to a car accident on 45 South, crazy right?! Attempted to purchase a Mahindra 2538 Tractor with backhoe. The tractor was in stock, but the backhoe had to be ordered, told it would take about 2-3 weeks for delivery. Month and half later I called and still they had not received backhoe, waited another three weeks called again and same answer. So I canceled order. I called Livingston lawn and garden and ordered same equipment. Again told backhoe would have to be ordered. A week later Livingston lawn and garden are calling to let me know they have the backhoe. I was up there that weekend and made the purchase. Not sure what the issue was with UVC Powersports. Most likely it was the salesman not doing his job. When you drive by UVC Powersports, there are a lot of Mahindra Tractors in their inventory, I wonder if there not selling? read more

I purchased a new Kawasaki mule for $7600.00. UVC had it listed for $6000.00. I really wanted it, but there's so many ridiculous hidden costs that they surprise you with at purchase. Be honest with your customers, and let them know the REAL cost !! Don't add freight and assembly when your customers show up. I really wanted the Mule, and only thought I would be paying $6000 + tax!! Really, really bad sales experience due to this. read more

I bought a brand new $13,000 UV from them and when I needed it repaired they told me "we don't carry that anymore and we won't repair it". I specifically asked when I bought it if they would provide service on the model and was told absolutely yes. I'll never step foot in their door again. I've heard of others that have had the same problem with this company. read more

I completed a deal and was going through the delivery process, when an older gentlemen came bursting out of the front door yelling and cussing in my direction as I was talking with the mechanic about the machine. He was not wearing a mask and walked right up to me and bumped me with his chest and was accusing me of saying the tires on the machine were rotting? I let him know that I did not say what he was accusing me of and he then said I must of said they were used? The rubber was orange and they did swap the tires out for ones that were at least closer to black, but the finance lady commented that they were still orange today and not me. I once again corrected him and told him to back away from me and put on a mask (I wore a mask through the entire paperwork process and delivery). I thought for a moment we were going to physically fight over something that was not said or I wouldn't have been taking delivery of the vehicle. The man ended up being the husband of the owner who sold me the 2021 Mule. The man did not even ask my name or verify that I was the correct person that should have been on the receiving end of his anger. The mechanic asked what we do now, and I told him to put the vehicle back on the lot and got my deposit money returned and killed the deal. None of the employees intervened while this man was yelling and cussing and one said that is how he acts. I do not recommend dealing with this "Family" owned dealership if this is how they treat customers as the deal is 99% complete. I am glad they showed their true colors before I had any service issues with the machine. read more

I stopped by UVC on a Saturday to look at the Mahindra Tractors. My brother previously purchased a Kawasaki Mule from them, so I figured I would give them a shot. I was greeted by Tim, who took the time to show me the 6065 cab tractor. We discussed the different specs and overall functionality of the tractor. I asked him if they accepted trade-in tractors, as I currently own a 1982 International. He informed me that they do accept trade-ins, just to take pictures and email them to him. I informed him that I had to sell my father's truck. He had recently passed away, and I would use the cash from that sell to put as a down payment for the Mahindra tractor. The next time I went to my family's property on 07/09/2019, I took several pictures and emailed them to Tim. I never heard anything back from him. I followed that first email with a second one on 08/02/2019, adding additional pictures and information on the International tractor. Again, no response from Tim. Therefore, having acquired Shannon Tracy's business card from my initial visit, I forwarded her the email on 08/12/2019 that I previously sent to Tim. She responded with only "PICTURES DID NOT COME THRU..." I apologized and re-sent the email, this time verifying the pictures attached. Shannon never responded to this email. It is now 09/03/2019, I have yet to receive any information related to the trade-in on my International tractor. I recently sold my father's truck, and will be taking my business and cash to John Deere. My only thought is, if UVC treats a perspective buyer like this, how will it be if I actually bought a tractor from them and they have my money? This was the worst customer service I received in my search for a new tractor. For perspective buyers, there are several other dealers in the area that will provide better support and service. read more

Sent one of our hunting buggies in for a minor overhaul, chains, bearing etc. The repairs were close to $3000!! Finally got it finished and picked up and it was broke, would not come off the trailer after spending that kind of money and getting shade tree mechanic work I would not recommend them to work on a bicycle!!! They sent a gentlemen to pick it up and by his demeanor & actions, I could tell that he was very,very used to dealing with issues like this. Highly recommend doing business elsewhere!!!! read more
