The price was very reasonable. She gave 3 rounds of edits and a ton of options to choose from so I felt like we really got to create something together. I had been procrastinating figuring out the invitations because I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to start, but Kim guided me through it bit by bit and made it manageable and fun! Along the way she listened to what I wanted, came up with awesome ideas that I didn't even know I wanted, and moved the process along in a very timely manner. She was prompt and thorough and made sure I was more than happy with everything we had at each step. She also handled the printing, which was great for a busy bride with so many other details to worry about. I think the best thing about Kim is that she is just a genuinely great person. She loves the work she does and takes the time to understand just what you want. She even sent me honeymoon travel tips when she found out we're going to the same country her and her husband went for theirs! I ended up with an invitation suite I'm proud of and that truly reflects my fiance and I and the wedding we are having. I received so many compliments from our guests about how much they loved them. I can't recommend Kim highly enough!

I have dealt with Grand Copy in the past, but Minuteman Press was conveniently located. I opted for Minuteman. I have been working on a memorial service program for my oldest sister who transitioned in February 2025. It has been a challenge for me, with the help from my younger sister, to select the photos. The written obituary was edited numerous times until I was satisfied with the wordings. Carla Sanchez was a tremendous help, and she was pleasant. She was also extremely patient with me. We went through so many hoops to get 77 photos from my gallery folder to their email. She even showed me samples of other people's funeral/memorial service programs. Quite impressive that there was a program for the late Frankie Beverly. The whole process took about 1-1/2 hours to complete the task at hand. I needed 75 copies of the memorial service program. The total cost was about $704. A little pricy. However, I know the quality of the finished product will be memorable and well worth it. Finally. I am thankful for my friend's recommendation and Minuteman Press. The program will be ready about a week before the memorial service.

I didn't know then that I would be contacting her for our wedding invitations, but I was intrigued by her sample work. I loved her style, personalization for each couple and of course, the letterpress. When my husband saw Press 65's flyer in my stack of event swag, he looked them up and was just as intrigued. Fast forward to our first meeting to discuss our needs with Paola and Marlon, and we found that not only did our vision and style aligned, but so did our personalities. We shared a love of books and all things print, as well as a love for graphic design. They even understood the importance of our intimate wedding. As a teacher and a graphic designer, we were conscious of budget, and Press 65 was able to give us a reasonable price range and options for design of our invitations. When we finally got our hands on our invitations, they were everything we hoped for! Not to mention, the price was perfectly on point for the superb service. Because they put so much heart into their work and were such great people in general, they even gifted us something very special which we used on on our wedding day. Check out Press 65, folks! I get complimented all the time on my visual presentation, but more than just that the very act of going through Artsy Geek's brand and self exploration process was integral to my developing a strong business brand that's separate from but true to my personal self. I'm a realtor and I actually loathe self-marketing, so I wanted to work with Jen, Michael, and Becca to find a way to create a distinct professional brand that communicates who I am and what I offer without losing my entire life to what really should be a job with boundaries. Artsy Geek absolutely nailed it; they distilled everything I am and want to be professionally into a handful of core assets, and it legitimately changed how I approach my business. Worth every hour and dollar, they're so good at really hearing you and translating what you say into "product," and they're funny and smart and caring and generally great people to boot. Thank you so much for everything, I'll be back if and when I'm ready for new collateral or if I ever go in a new direction brand-wise!

I got by for a while making some simple stuff on my own, or hiring online gigs but nothing ever really looked polished and professional, and there was a noticeable lack of continuity. Since I started working with Artsy Geek, who really took the time to understand my brand, voice, customer, and vision, my whole brand identity has come to life! I've had eye-catching sidewalk and building signs made, luxe door hangers and postcards, clean and crisp print collateral, and outstanding social media graphics that all elevate my studio brand and reflect what my business represents. There's something that goes deeper for me than just having good-looking branding. Every time I see the work that Artsy Geek has done for me, it fills me with a sense of pride in my business and hope for its growth. I feel so confident when I'm able to leverage images that spark and communicate what I love most about my business. Having that attitude helps me stay in the mindset I need to be in as a small business owner.

Yes, hi, hello. You might want to read this…read more I reached out to Two Hats for some help. As a small but growing business - which the website says they cater to - I was looking for a thought-partner to help me with branding, marketing, and social media. Which the website says they do. I sent an email inquiry asking for a brief phone meeting, which, you guessed it! the website says they do. I got an email back within minutes requesting more info about me and my business prior to that basic entry call. So I composed a thoughtful email with links, info about what I needed, asked if they thought we were a good fit, etc etc. No response. Waited some more. Nada. Wrote a second email. Finally got a response. Their schedule was "very full," they said, "except for projects we like and want." How nice. Maybe put THAT on your website...? I finally snagged a call with someone so I could get some info. The gentleman I spoke with couldn't remember the content of my email, even though he'd JUST emailed me back and told me to call him. He had no idea what I do for a living. He hadn't even looked at the links I'd sent, including my website. He sounded like he was cleaning his kitchen. He was totally distracted and disorganized. I asked if he'd read my email. He said he couldn't remember it. He then read it aloud while we were on the phone together. Great use of my time, yes? I had to repeat 5 times what I was looking for, which is super straightforward: a thought-partner to help me with branding, marketing, and social media. (I've now spoken with 2 other consulting firms. Neither had trouble grasping this concept. Both read that very same email and said it was "very clear.") The call was quite possibly the most unprofessional consult I've had in my career -- which is ironic, because they're a *consulting firm.* After half an hour, he said he believed Two Hats could help me and that the firm does indeed do the work I was seeking. Huzzah!! He said he'd do some HW, and asked if we could schedule a call the following day. I blocked off an hour in my schedule. But at the appointed time, no call. I waited. And then waited some more. Ten minutes in, I got a text. A TEXT. The text said: "Sorry. We can't help you. We only work with advocacy organizations." Remember that dumbass, immature boyfriend you had in HS who broke up with you via text because he couldn't face a phone call?? It was like that, only this was worse, because this is a PROFESSIONAL MARKETING FIRM. This mess is problematic for about 100 reasons, as all of you can probably tell. But let's break it down anyway, just for fun: First of all, CALL ME. I am a potential client. We have a phone appointment that YOU asked for. I blocked off an hour of my busy life at your request. Secondly, WHAT?! If your firm only works with advocacy orgs, SAY SO up front. Say so on your website so that potential customers don't waste their time. If you can't be bothered to update your own website, you sure as sh*t won't get access to mine. At the very least, inform your customer via phone during the initial consult after she tells you who she is and what she needs. If you don't know the limits of what your company does PRIOR to a call with a client, YOU'RE FIRED. You wasted hours of my time on research, emails, and a completely useless phone consult. Third, this "we only work with advocacy orgs" is a complete load of horsesh*t. Their website boasts a ton of work that has nothing to do with advocacy, including work for a local fitness center and some lady who wrote book on witchcraft. (Note: THESE ARE NOT ADVOCACY ORGS.) Did you think I wasn't going to notice that you lied to my face? How unprofessional. Bad look for a marketing firm. If we're not a fit, that's fine. Grow a pair, be respectful, call your potential client as scheduled, and tell her so. Don't waste people's time just because you have the luxury of doing so. The world doesn't revolve around your Two Hats. Let me interrupt my eye-rolling to warn you to steer clear -- because when a consulting firm can't even get the basics of a basic consultation right, you best run for the hills.
