    Design-A-Sign did AMAZING work. We came with an idea and they made it a reality. They have a really cool and laid back demeanor, so we never felt pressured or awkward trying to explain something. Eric & Nick were very friendly and helpful through the whole process. We will be back to work with them again if we open future shops, or need more signage.

    After buying my Model Y Performance, I knew I wanted full-body PPF. I initially tried to DIY with a…read morekit, but quickly learned how critical proper space and prep are. Without a garage, it became unrealistic, and I ended up turning to a professional installer. That's what led me to Tint Co through Tesla/XPEL's installer network. Shaun responded right away, patiently answered all my questions, and even worked with my tight timeline. I came in Monday and met Sebastian and Victor, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Sebastian was professional, transparent, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated daily with photos, and even pointed out existing blemishes so I'd have realistic expectations. That openness built a lot of trust. The install was completed in only three days, and the edge work and seam hiding were impressive. A few bubbles showed up, but Tint Co was upfront that settling takes time and scheduled a follow-up. At my two-week check, they immediately replaced a bubbling panel overnight with no hassle. PPF is expensive, but the quality, speed, and customer service made it worth it. I genuinely wish I had brought the car here on day one instead of trying to DIY. Huge thanks to Shaun, Sebastian, Victor, and the entire Tint Co team -- highly recommended!

After getting the windows repaired, I called The Tint Co. about getting the new windows re-tinted and they took care of me. They had all my details on file and installed the same stuff I had before. I called them at 11:20 in the morning to schedule an appointment and they asked me if I could come in between 12 and 1230 that day. They had me in and out and under an hour and gave me a 10% discount. Awesome company to do business with.

    I normally don't leave reviews, but this experience was unnecessarily complicated and felt like a…read morecomplete waste of time. On May 18th, I called ahead for a quote for window tint services and provided the make/model/year of my vehicle. I was given a price over the phone and scheduled for a 3:00 PM appointment. I arrived on time and met with a salesperson who immediately started trying to upsell me on multiple tint film products. I declined all of them because it honestly came off as very pushy and gave me sleezy salesperson vibes. At around 3:30 PM, I paid $365 and was told my car would be ready in about an hour. I live roughly 20 minutes away, and as soon as I got home, the same salesperson called me saying they "didn't have my car in their computer system," meaning they couldn't do computer-cut tint and would have to do hand cuts instead. Then he told me hand cuts would cost an additional $60 per window. At that point, I told him I did not agree to extra charges and wanted to pick up my car. He told me he would already be gone by the time I got there and asked me to wait until the next morning because someone would call me regarding whether there would actually be extra fees. The shop opened at 8 AM, but nobody called. I waited until 9:45 AM and called myself. Another employee named Metal answered and said he still didn't know whether there would be extra charges and would call me back. Around 10:30 AM, he finally confirmed there WOULD be additional fees and told me I could come pick up my car. I took an Uber to the shop. To be fair, Metal was professional, reasonable, and much easier to deal with than the original salesperson. I asked if I could just get refunded at the shop, but he told me I had to call the corporate 1-800 number because the location was a franchise. Corporate then told me they had to contact the franchise manager and that the refund process would take a few days. About an hour later, Metal called back saying I needed to return to the shop to get refunded there instead. I told him I really didn't want to make another 20-minute drive back, and eventually he said they would cancel the payment on their end. Overall, getting windows tinted should not be this stressful or time-consuming. The communication was disorganized, the pricing changed after payment, and the whole process felt unprofessional. The only positive part of the experience was Metal trying to help resolve the situation professionally.
