I'm a member too (through him), so I did some banking while we were there. A lot of the transactions can get complicated, so the wait can be a bit long. There is a greeter who asks how they could help...any personal banker needs is directed to sit down while waiting for one of five bankers to get free. Things that can be done with a teller, is directed to a single line with 2 tellers. Once I got to front, it didn't take very long, and the teller was very pleasant, apologizing for the wait. I was done quick, with my brother taking a bit longer. He later told me, it had been a pleasant exchange.

Price for the white bmw 328i was $22,800 approx. Made a down payment of $5000 then made a year of payments of $367, sometimes $389 for late fees. Well they always send me threats of repoing my car even if it's one day late. They claim that they only work with high risk customers who have no social security or credit history... They don't report any payments to the credit bureau. And they repoed my car for failure to show proof of insurance when in fact I had made car insurance changes just not received even a phone call to make sure everything was ok... the interest rate is so high it's like I've been renting a car for a year. I know that I'm supposed to read fine prints and nobody influences your purchase except the seller and dealership but this has been truly a nightmare... I would never again make this mistake and can't believe business like these continue to rip off young responsible US citizens... I was born in the us and have all the rights to be treated as such. And even though I have poor credit I deserve to be treated without discrimination and ethically as well... my pay off is so high I'm just stuck with this car now... it's a shame how I got played and abused and it's just messed up.
