He was completely MIA. After 19 days of waiting, I called him directly and he told me that he wasn't in the office because of snow - though I'm not sure why this matters when it's a job he can do from home. He said the last time he was in the office was Monday the 18th - so still, no reason to have left me hanging for almost 3 weeks. I have never had a problem with H&R Block before, and it seems like this man has no business being affiliated with the company. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with H&R Block customer service today, in addition to another 1.5 hours last week. Completely unacceptable.
