I found a different colored door in pretty good condition at a junkyard and brought it over to Hi Quality, but they refused to paint just the door and insisted that I have it blended with the fender and quarter panel. When I explained that his estimate was over 20% of my car's value, they sent me to Corona with the promise that Ramiro would do excellent work. When I arrived, Ramiro gave me a very reasonable quote for just painting the door as well as one for blending the adjacent panels. I opted to paint just the door and provided my paint code as well as my fuel tank door to help match the color more closely simulating 22 years of aging. During the week that Corona had the door, they discovered some small dings in the metal that they repaired for a small fee and returned the door to me 5 business days after I dropped it off. The paint job was beautiful, zero abnormalities in the clear coat, no drips or paint reaction. When I put the door on the car, it is impossible to tell that it was repainted, other than it looking better than the rest of the car. I will absolutely be bringing future paint jobs to Corona, maybe even going for a full repaint someday.

I work in the car business and have been fortunate to personally know about Valley Collision for their quality work and customer service. I immediately called Danny (owner) and he had John, Manager of the location, handle my claim. I cannot stress enough how amazing they are. They gave me prompt, continuous updates throughout the whole process. Never any hint of annoyance or anything even when I requested something small like pictures of the progress so far. Weeks later they call me the vehicle is fixed! Their attention to detail is ridiculously good. When I went to pick up the vehicle, John personally took the time to point out everything they did and their work is top notch. They replaced, and fixed up everything that needed plus some small things that got lightly damaged from the hit. My mother's car is literally looking like a new car. It was washed and detailed inside and out after they were done fixing it. Once again I cannot stress the quality of their work. It is far better looking and running even when I bought it as a CPO from the dealership. They actually match the paint they use to original factory paint! Even small things like original factory stickers. If you're looking for a excellent customer service, somewhere that you can trust and get excellent work done, look no further and come here.
