recently just got my 2022 Hyundai Tuscon front distance sensors replaced. I was paying out of pocket, and they were able to work out a price that was fair and competitive compared to the dealership. My car was repaired within three days (including inspection, ordering and service/calibration), and there was constant text updates/calls during the whole service. I have to tell you, service like this is unheard of these days. I pass by the Riverside location all the time and finally when I needed their services, it was the first place I thought of. Recently, my vehicle was hit on the passenger side as a lady was parking her car next to mine. The entire side of the passenger door and a portion just before and after it was scraped. No major damage aside from a small, hardly noticeable dent an inch or two long. You could see where it was "scraped" from the marks it left. I was really hoping it could be buffed out. I didn't touch it as we were going through the lady's insurance and just wanted to get estimates before proceeding with any work. I arrived at this location today and asked for an estimate. I didn't say anything about buffing it out as I wanted to hear what they had to say first. Hoping they weren't going to try and over sell me on work not needed. Unfortunately it's what I've come to expect from the service industry. Not here! The gentleman looked at it and quickly said he thinks it can be buffed out. I was relieved. Now to see how much it would cost to do that. Mind you this was the first location I visited for a quote. I usually get 3 or 4 quotes before proceeding. He tells me right away that he can take care of it for me, and get this, at no charge! Who does that nowadays? No one! Still hesitant, thinking did I hear correctly or is there a catch? I asked what's the procedure, how long will it take, and when can they get me in? Thinking it would be done at a later date. He tells me give me 5 minutes or so and I can take care of it for you. I ask again, and no charge? He confirmed! I was incredulous. I agreed and sure enough about 10 minutes later he comes back out and my car looked great! Couldn't even tell anything had happened. He even took care of another different paint rub-off where my wife hit a vehicle a while back. It was a red mark on my white car. All this at no charge! I was dumbfounded. He gave me a business card for a paintless dent repair technician for the small dent I have as they don't do PDR. This type and level of service is unheard of anymore. Do not go to this shop they are affiliated with Honda and no one wants to take responsibility. I went to Honda to ask for help I was hit they right away referred me to Ben climbers Cesar and Henry very incompetent. They did an estimate of 1500 and because they knew that State Farm insurance was involved they overcharge and did all kinds of extra unnecessary work on a bumper. They charged over $3000 and had my car for two months. Do not go to the shop. It is extremely expensive they do unnecessary work and they take your vehicle and drive it around to their home and park it where it shouldn't be parked. My car came back with sprinkler Residue on it and very unprofessional how they handle the situation they destroyed my rearview mirror with bubbles and they also messed up my trunk had nothing to do with the bumper and they took apart so many things and they charged. I am extra for extra things that were unnecessary will be filing a dispute to get State Farm involved and the state to see what exactly is going on with this shop and they're affiliations with Honda. read more

This place gave me a totally overpriced estimate compared to the dealership. They said labor would be 100+ and 380+ for the headlight, as my car requires you remove the bumper. The dealership quoted me 54 in labor and 33-45 for the headlight. That's a pretty shameful difference. This is the quality of work I received from Ben Body Shop. You would assume they do body work for a living and expect them to put the car back together better then before but this is very troubling. I dropped off my car on Tuesday, after 4th of July. It was expected to be finished by the Friday of that week but I got a call from them and I was told the paint work failed inspection. So they kept the car over the weekend until next Monday (totally fine with that because I expected good quality work). When I got the car it looked OK. When I reached home, I doubt checked all their work and man, I was disappointed! The bumper is half sagging, bunch of screws and bolts missing, clips not properly put back and I specifically asked them to save the bumper supports and they told me they would. Guess what, nowhere to be found. Thank you for acknowledging the problem and fixing my vehicle properly. Happy updating the review from 2 STARS to 4 STARS. read more

I wanted to make sure the place I went to had experience dealing with insurance claims so it was a huge relief to know that a lot of their work is done through insurance. Juan was the person in charge of my vehicle and he kept me updated regularly with the progress. It took about two weeks for them to complete the repairs and the only hiccup was due to my insurance not approving the final supplement request. They did their best to price match OEM parts despite insurance wanting to pay for aftermarket parts which is awesome. Car looks great and provide a lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle. I recently took my Tesla to Ben Clymer's body shop for repairs to my front bumper. I expected the service to take 2-4 weeks, but they got it back to me in 1 week and went above and beyond what I expected them to do for me. The drop off process was easy. They called the car rental company for me and had them pick me up. They kept me up-to-date throughout my entire repair process. The vehicle repairs estimate provided by my insurance was not accurate to what the actual cost of the repair was going to be, so they worked with my insurance to collect the extra cost from them without my having to pay more than my deductible, and I did not have to get involved at all. I could not ask for a better experience with getting my vehicle repaired. Should I ever need repair services again, I pray that I done, but if I do I will definitely go back to them. read more
