Unfortunately I was rear-ended by another party and was directed to this Fix It Auto off of Magnolia in Riverside. I was greeted by friendly staff and the guy I worked with was named Andy. He thoroughly explained the whole process to get my vehicle repaired and get into a rental car in the meanwhile. The whole time I was updated on the progress of my vehicle and was text message updates. When I retrieved my car after the repairs were done I was walked through all the steps it took to get my car back to factory and even checked all the lights and did a entire walkthrough of my vehicle. A couple of weeks ago I was driving my Sienna on the freeway with my children and the car in front of me hit a stray wheel of a tire and it flew into the air and I had no choice but to run it over to avoid a far worse accident. Unfortunately, my vehicle was damaged and I had to involve my insurance. To my great fortune, Fix Auto was on their list of preferred vendors. From the first contact, Andy was the picture of professionalism. You know the phrase under promise, over deliver? Fix Auto has that down. I asked Andy if I dropped my car off Monday if it would be ready by Friday, as rental cars make me anxious and my family has a busy schedule. He said it was possible, but unlikely, as they were unsure the extent of the damage. Well just imagine, this morning I received a call saying that my car would be ready this afternoon! Hallelujah! But wait, it gets better. Andy walked me over to my car to insure all the basic functions were operable. I was elated to see that they had not only repaired my car, a day earlier than I even imagined and before closing, they also washed my car AND VACUUMED THE INSIDE. A car with children means it needed it desperately. He detailed additional finishing touches, like realignment that was deemed necessary. They also informed me of the warranty I have through my insurance company for the repairs as well as Fix Auto's warranty for the duration of time I have the car. I've only been in the car about half an hour, but so far so good and hopefully I won't need that warranty. First of all, if there was 10 star option, I would give them 10 stars for their outstanding service. Second, I have never worked with an auto shop whose owner personally provides such amazing customer service. It was such a pleasure working with the owner, Brian. I wish there were simple words to state the excellent customer service that Brian provided, but there isn't. I got into an accident and we called Fix Auto, Brian personally came to our house and looked at the vehicle and drove it to his shop. He gave us his expert opinion about it and was honest about everything. We even didn't have to worry about the headache of dealing with insurance. He took care of everything! He kept us updated with details at all times. Lastly, when the car was done, he even dropped it at our house. THAT'S NOT ALL! I have never dealt with an auto shop that explains what they did. When Brian dropped off the car, they showed each feature working properly in details, who does that? Normally, auto shops do half fast job and call customers to pick up their car and customers hope that everything is done properly. BUT NOT BRIAN! Also, they provide life time warranty as well with all their repairs. It can't get better than that.
