After they picked up the final payment we discovered that the leaf guards were not included. At that point we couldn't do anything about it; the whole experience has been a nightmare. None of the gutters are properly installed and drain flies have been invading our house and none of the treatments are working. According to the pest control company, the rain water is not drained properly due to the improper installation and thus creating the drain flies. We reported the improper installation five months after they finished the job but they continue to ignore us. Now they claim that a year warranty is over and you have to pay for them to correct their install. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone unless you have an attorney and upon completion an expert to examine the work.

I found many other satisfied customers (look here on Yelp*). M&R Seamless Rain Gutters are very competitive on price, without cutting corners on quality. M&R carefully reviewed my needs and pointed out value-added features that were not expensive. They clearly explained why the competitors estimates were overcharging for over-sized gutters and services. The installation started/finished right on schedule with a friendly team. They completed the install efficiently with great attention to detail. The team clearly explained the warranty and offered to follow-up on the workmanship.

If they did not want the job they should have said so. If there was another issue they couldn't handle, they should have said so. But nothing. Total waste of my time.
