Dangerous and unprofessional. Avoid if you have kids or pets We booked them to install gutters on our house. They were more expensive than a number of other quotes but they had the best reviews so we thought it would be worth it. Bad decision. They were terrible to work with at every interaction and endangered our family multiple times. The details: - the day they are scheduled to install the gutters, they are late by a few hours.Things happen. After multiple equipment mishaps, they knock and said they would come back and have completed the following day. - Day two. Work all day long and still not even halfway done. I stop them as theyre pulling out. They didn't finish but will say they will be back the next day (day 3) and will definitely finish then. - I go check the progress and see they decided to take down my pool fence and never put it back up. We have a toddler. Pool fences are a life saving material and they completely disregarded it. Thank god I made it outside before my child did - Day 3 arrives, no one comes, no one calls. I call the office and ask where the crew is. Told they will sort out out and call me back. The office never calls back. - The weekend arrives and I'm playing outside in the yard with my kid. I see them pick something up and begin to put it in their mouth. I immediately go stop it to find, it is a large sharp metal shared from cutting the gutters to size. I begin to look around closely now to see dozens and dozens of sharp metal chunks scattered throughout my yard. I stopped my child seconds from cutting their mouth or worse and now I have to send them inside so I can clean it all up. - The next week, I have to call them multiple times just to get someone to answer the phone. They then had no answer on when a crew would be out to finish the job. - Fast forward, they finally send a different crew out. I tell them all of the issues we had with safety and cleanliness with the previous crew the last week. The field manager assures me his crew has it fully under control and that they will do a full clean up before they leave. Sounds great. - This crew finally finishes latte that afternoon while we're not home. The next day I come outside to inspect the work. The other side of my yard is not tasked with metals shards all over. I spent 30 min picking up dozens of sharp objects for a second time. - Later that day, I let my child out on our patio and have to stop him from picking up a large pair of sharp metal shears! This crew did so little cleanup they didn't even pack up their own tools - After all of this terrible experience, I call the office again to let them know someone can come pick up the tool and to tell them this was unacceptable. I spoke to Lisa who did not dispute any of these facts. She told me she had to talk to the owner. She calls me back and offers me a 3% discount from the quoted price. I told her that was unacceptable for the danger they put my family in. I asked for an 11% discount which felt more than reasonable considering the situation they put us in. On November 22, She committed to speaking to the owner again and calling me back later that day or the next. - After two months of them not returning my call, I called them again to get an answer. After all of this, they refused to offer more than a 5.9% discount A one off issue could be a mistake. But the fact that every single employee I have spoken with has told me one thing and then gone against that commitment shows a much larger issue with the company. The fact that they put my child and family in danger multiple times shows they don't care about safety. I recommend finding another contractor for your family's safety and your own self respect. 1 star for the actual gutters being pretty good. read more

I don't know anything about their gutter installation services but used them for gutter cleaning. I paid a premium for their gutter cleaning package. Sent out a sales person with slick brochures who talked about how they remove gutter guards, thoroughly clean out "Interior" of gutters, downspouts and elbows, water test, send before and after photos, inspection report, etc. The price was higher than other bids, but I wanted the works. The crew arrived the next week, and cameras show they were on the roof for less than 9 minutes with leaf blowers and a broom, and just blew all the leaves and debris into my newly raked lawn. They were back in their truck on the road in less than 15 minutes. The salesperson giving the estimate was on the property longer than the actual work crew. I contacted the owner, who had the crew call and leave me a voicemail saying I could call back if I wanted to hear a rundown of the work they preformed. No offers to come clean up the mess they blew in to the yard, no before / after photos of the work, no inspection report, just calls asking for final payment. Was not happy with the service and ultimately the follow through with this company. read more

The person who came to give me an estimate on cleaning and repairing my gutters cleaned two small blocked areas for free while checking my gutters. He was honest and let me know that my gutters were in good shape and didn't need any additional work. Very friendly, polite, and helpful. Unlike other gutter companies, they were willing to come out to view the job and give an estimate. Scheduling was easy. Communication good. When they altered a drain pipe not to my liking, they immediately came back and corrected it. Would definitely recommend for gutters in central Texas. read more

We had brand new gutters installed by a different company a year ago, and they have not performed well. I had Drew Leonovich from The Brothers That Just Do Gutters come out to give a quote for repairs. He was timely, extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. On first glance at the gutters he began to list the issues he was seeing, basically a very poor install job with many things done incorrectly. When I asked him whether or not any of it was salvageable, he suggested that I contact the other company about their labor warranty. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed and surprised that he would suggest that I try to get the other company to come out rather than take the opportunity to get repair/install business from me. I just don't usually expect that level of integrity. I am working with the other company to resolve my issues under warranty but wanted to take the time to write up a review of my experience with The Brothers That Just Do Gutters.
