They showed up when they said they were going to, troubleshot and suggested we try replacing the pilot assembly instead of the entire hot water heater. I was a little surprised because it is 19 years old, but was pleased with and appreciated the desire to save us money. Joey came back in 20 minutes and switched out the pilot assembly, it fired right up and we were good to go. Highly recommend this young man, overall very satisfied!

They responded promptly to the appointment request and the technician arrived on time. I was charged $100 for him to just look at my unit and he said that he had fixed the problem. He then gave me an $800 estimate for a new motor and pressure switches stating that I would need the replacements for the long run. Less than an hour after he left my unit cut off again and didn't come back on at all. The following week I contacted Modern Heating in Bridgeton for a second opinion and they discovered a clogged drain line which they cleared and billed me $120 and I haven't had anymore issues for over a month now. After telling some of my coworkers about my experience I was told that Laury's tends to charge a hefty price but rarely fix the problem. Will never use this company again.

Later on that night I heard water dripping from the supply line and reached under it and I put a pitcher under it to catch the water. The next day you said you were sending a supervisor back to look at it , so a guy comes over and looks at it and told me he's writing an estimate , I said no way . I told him vehemently to leave my premises more commonly known as gtfo and reached
