I was a little surprised because it is 19 years old, but was pleased with and appreciated the desire to save us money. Joey came back in 20 minutes and switched out the pilot assembly, it fired right up and we were good to go. Highly recommend this young man, overall very satisfied!

They responded promptly to the appointment request and the technician arrived on time. I was charged $100 for him to just look at my unit and he said that he had fixed the problem. He then gave me an $800 estimate for a new motor and pressure switches stating that I would need the replacements for the long run. Less than an hour after he left my unit cut off again and didn't come back on at all. The following week I contacted Modern Heating in Bridgeton for a second opinion and they discovered a clogged drain line which they cleared and billed me $120 and I haven't had anymore issues for over a month now. After telling some of my coworkers about my experience I was told that Laury's tends to charge a hefty price but rarely fix the problem. Will never use this company again.

Guy shows up around 4:00pm on Friday after calling my house 2 minutes before. That is my only complaint. A lot of other companies want $100 just to come out and look at the issue. These guys are local, wanted $85 for the first hour. This guy took less than 25 minuets to diagnosis the issue and fix it. $117 total. It was raining outside and although we both got wet, atleast I can change clothes, he can't because he has to continue his day. I will use these guys again.
