There were benches in the waiting room, unoccupied. Later there were people sitting on the benches and I asked why we were not allowed to sit before, and she gave me all this attitude and told me I could sit in my car while they my baby gets looked at. Excuse me what. On top of that we did not have good phone service and the online paperwork would not load. They have no alternative paper method so filling out the paperwork online was a pain. You would think workers at a Pediatric faculty would be friendly, but Maddie does not seem to have a friendly bone in her body.

We've gone for 4 visits and her and her staff are fantastic! First of all, she has one office in Laurel and one in Columbia. I believe she is at the Laurel location on MWF and Columbia on TuTh, with later appointments available at the Columbia location (I think as late as 6 or 7). Her staff includes one other doctor (I cannot remember her name, but really friendly and knowledgeable), a nurse (I can't seem to remember her name either), and the receptionist, Carol. Dr. Khan noted that she's worked together with this same staff for many, many years and they've built quite a rapport and it shows in the service. Carol always remembers our names and is really helpful, even with two ignorant, newbie parents. In terms of care, I believe they see children from birth until 18. The Laurel office is the typical size of private practices I've gone to and it's very clean (I've never been to the Columbia location). They seem to schedule their visits effectively so we've never had to wait very long. Dr. Khan will discuss your options with you and you never feel like you're in the dark about what she's doing to or injecting into your child. After she goes through what she needs to do, she will always ask you if you have any questions and she does it in a way that you feel comfortable about asking even the silliest of questions, e.g., at our first visit, I had to ask her how to properly put on a diaper. Some people may gripe about this but I find it really admirable that she takes trips to do volunteer medicine in her home country. Since she has another doctor on her staff, she covers for her during these times. I'm not too sure how often or how long they are, but I know she was gone for about a week or two last December. So if you're in need of a pediatrician in the Laurel/Columbia area, I highly recommend Dr. Khan. I only gave her 4 stars for now because we've only known her for 3 months, but I imagine as our visits pile up, this'll be a 5-star review.

First, Dr. Delaney works with Children's Pediatricians & Associates, a plus that they're connected with Children's Hospital. When we arrived, the front desk staff was very friendly & checking in was very easy, you can actually check in online before arriving. Once we got back in the room (very little wait time) we met the doctor. She is very kind, gentle & compassionate, she definitely cares about her patients! She did a thorough exam & asked if we had any questions. It was a very pleasant experience for baby, mom & grandma. If you're looking for a great pediatrician who is local to Laurel/Beltsville & is genuinely a good doctor, I highly recommend her!

Appointments often run very late, and visits feel rushed despite long wait times. It has also become difficult to receive certain services or medication support, especially when prior authorizations are required. I've felt that the level of communication and follow‑through has declined, and some issues I raised were not addressed in a timely or consistent way. Because of these changes, I ultimately decided to transition to a different provider. I hope the practice is able to improve its processes moving forward.

You used to be great and I would recommend you to everyone, but I just don't know that I can do that anymore. This is the service I received from the "office manager" of "25 years". She is the woman in the middle with her hands crossed. She refused to share her name with me so the best I could do was snap a photo of her disregarding me. This was my second time entering this facility today to take my child in for a yearly wellness check up. I was not greeted upon arrival , okay fine. I'll take that, it was later afternoon, raining -maybe they are tired.... then this office manager tossed a "chadi's questionnaire" on the counter top demanding I use my phone to fill it out, read the information to figure it out. Unfortunately my technology device was not charged at this time and I expressed that so I assumed an iPad would be handed over- she said if I couldn't get it filled out, my child wouldn't be able to be seen. This appointment has been set for months- I value my time- I felt like my time was worthless/meaningless to this facility the way she shewed me away. The doctor on duty 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment came out to let me know they have all been friends for years and the office manager has been there for 25 years, I didn't know that's was an appropriate excuse reasoning for disrespect/disregard to patients but okay, again. I'm not okay with just mediocre , don't care service. I was also told reviews don't matter; I believe in real reviews - the good and bad and this is why- this experience right here! I suggest communicating to new patients what expectations are so they can come with charged devices/technology and assumptions that are expected to be done before arriving. I am truly thankful this happened after all they let me know people are just numbers here and they don't value us as individuals. The facility it's self is out dated / dirty and the staff is not friendly at all. Needless to say there are plentiful of compassionate providers out there, next time I will read all reviews / do my homework -- verse just going to the most "popular known" doctors office.

She is flexible with the in-home visit schedules and she also provides telehealth visits as needed. She has an easy to use electronic portal and secure messaging service which is a big must for good communication. Since we are in COVID times she wears a mask for her visits, wipes everything down cleanly, washes her hands, etc. And best of all she has been really attentive and caring. We are happy we found her.

She almost told me to show her videos on my phone to calm her down which I explained her that this is not possible because my daughter doesn't watch any screens at all and she keep saying to me to show her something so she can calm down. my daughter was so scared and crying. the doctor almost cut her eye with the scissors and my daughter was crying so bad.
