They need to clean up the wax areas (I didn't get a wax) but I saw the room. SUPER NEGATIVE: Have old towels, like holes in the towels old. Clean but are rags. Not ok. i asked for acrylic tapered square nails at first everything was fine but when the worker started putting on the powder it was very globby and there was a lot of it on the brush the nails were very uneven and not straight at all. The worker also put a lot of top coat on my nail so a bunch of it dried up on my finger and it's peeling off in big pieces. The lady didn't understand me AT ALL, she was rushing, she CUT my toe, she didn't even put a fake nail base she just put acrylic on my toe which stuck to and ripped off my skin. my friends look great because the guy took his time and applied a fake nail base and it came out great. Mine is trash, I paid $75 fucking dollars and it looks like a child did my nails. This is ridiculous. The acrylic went into the cut she made and is infecting my toe, its red and huge. I have never done the VIP packages which include a Mani, pedi, and mini facial OR 30 minute massage for $80.00 but I may indulge for my birthday. Note: They do offer private parties for pedicures, nails, etc. Good for bridal parties, birthday events, etc. If you have a nail chip within a few days, go back in and they will fix it for free. Okay so ladies, first off i don't care how good the service was or how good your brows came out, hygiene is everything. They double dip their sticks and reuse sticks. YES REUSE WAX STICKS. i was waxing my legs and noticed she double dipped. in the same wax pot y'all wax your face with... then after the ordeal is done she has the audacity to wipe the wax stick off with a paper towel and stick it back in the "unused" sticks in front of me! After i put my pants on and she walked out, i threw the stick away as my civic duty. She asked me if i wanted my brows done, no honey thank you spare me the Staph Infection. Please be safe out here and watch your esthetician's. A wax pot does not get hot enough to kill bacteria like staph or MRSA. I will be reporting this to the board of health. read more

Children were sitting at the drying station so she sat me by a fan and after a minute sent me home. First of all, I was trying to get clarity on how much my services would be prior to agreeing and the woman at the front desk was utterly rude. I almost walked out and went somewhere else but continued to get a pedicure and gel mani there. The woman who did my nails and toes was good- results in the end were fine but I could tell this place was not clean. When she was using the drill on my nails, pieces kept flying on my face, some in my eye. Not a very friendly or sanitary environment. Definitely overcharged as well.
