Took my nephew to get his ear pierced & so glad we chose this place. From calling to inquire about an appointment vs walking in, I was treated professionally and all my questions were satisfactorily answered. The shop is clean and all of the staff are professional & very knowledgeable. The receptionist (sorry I didn't get her name) was super sweet & friendly. Ken pierced my nephew's ear.
