First, they pick up the phone…read more Second, having picked up the phone, they employ an actual office staff to schedule appointments and not some guy you can barely hear in the middle of a job who never calls you back. Third, they actually do schedule these appointments and maintain communication via email, texts, etc. This is a marked improvement over the guy you can barely hear in the middle of a job who never calls you back. Fourth, the electrician who came was competent, timely, and flexible (he came a day earlier than scheduled). Other reviewers here and elsewhere have complained about costs. I had no issues whatsoever. The price was reasonable for the electrical work he wound up doing. He explained some parts of the electrical system that I didn't understand and clarified that I didn't need any extra work done. Obviously I appreciated that candor. He was also a pretty good dude, easy to relate/talk to, and I always prefer dealing with friendly contractors than sour ones. So in sum, this is a professional outfit and what I've come to expect in the 21st century, with an office staff, scheduling software, and prompt, helpful specialists--but sadly it's something I don't often find in the world of contracting.

Moises Chavalier (the owner) and his team, Edison, Max and Marcus arrived first thing in the morning and started working right away so that by 4:30pm they were finished. They upgraded the panel and also added more electrical outlets and fixed some light switches. I was very impressed at their teamwork and comraderie, because it made things go smoothly. And the price was just right! I highly recommend this competent, disciplined and hard working company. I know I will continue to rely on them for my electrical needs!

I can do most of my own electrical without issues but when I started remodeling my bathroom, the wiring was not only knob and tube but it shared circuits with higher powered appliances in my kitchen . It was technically an overloaded circuit with outdated wiring. Shock hazard, fire hazard, you name it. I was immediately discouraged and out of my league. I reached out for help and found this man and his crew. Not only did he run a completely code required 20amp circuit to my bathroom, but he also got rid of a few old pull string lights and made that wiring to code as well. They helped me out with an extra two outlets I was working on free and said "no big deal, I'll already be here". In my honest opinion, professional, quick, reasonably generous, code compliment, reasonably affordable, and great company owner who cares about his customers and the safety of their families/properties.
