It got decently busy right after we started our manicures and that's when the attention to detail stopped and we were rushed through the process. One of the workers made my friend bleed on 4 separate fingers due to cutting the cuticle too close which really wrecked the whole "relaxation" vibe. The same worker didn't clean up the gel around the finger and it was cutting into her skin on the sides of her nails. There was no consistency in services for any of us. One got a hand/arm massage with lotion, the others got oil rubbed on our cuticles and were told we were done. We will see how long the polish lasts but we will definitely not be returning.

We were rushed to pick out our color, the paint is all over our actual fingers and under them and the shapes of the nails are terrible. Mine are completely uneven as far as shape and actual paint. They are blochy and unevenly painted, they are thick painted near the cuticle and the nail is wavy in shape. My daughters are uneven in shape on the tips and half of them are pointed in different directions as well as paint all over her fingers. I took her back inside to get the clumps underneath the nail shaved down some and she replied with, "you need to wash your hands". She took the cuticle cutters and cut underneath 2 of them. Water wouldn't have helped the disaster she is in left with. Very unsatisfied with our rushed visit. $90 to be unpleased with our nails.
