The tools were sanitized in front of me, the chairs and stations were immaculate, and there was a calming, fresh scent throughout the space--definitely not your average nail salon! The hospitality was next-level. I was greeted with a warm smile, offered a drink, and made to feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. Every technician I interacted with was kind, patient, and clearly passionate about their craft. Now let's talk about the nails. I come in with a few ideas for some delicate nail art and they brought it to life better. The attention to detail was incredible, and the colors were vibrant and exactly what I wanted. I usually book with Mai, she is so talented, and a perfectionist so the nails come out amazing every time. I have worked with Andy and Lisa occasional as well and they all do a great job. The dipping powder manicure usually lasts 2.5-3 weeks before its time for something new because of grow out. Nice setup with a dozen massage chairs for pedi and almost as many for manis. They are playing a loop of techno holiday music which is a bit surreal. Like Christmas carols on steroids. Bump-Bump-Bump-Bump. Mrs. E. claims the last polish lasted a month, which I guess is a long time when you work with your hands. They're very fast and do a nice job. Watch the bill at the end, we had an extra service slipped in on this last visit. They had no problem removing the charge and refunding most of the money. 12/25
