Claudia and the entire team are great! Chill personalities and did I mention they do a great job on my nails?? I get almond shaped dipped nails and have had ombré, solid colors, pretty much everything and each time I'm never disappointed. It's good to note, you should always make an appointment. They're always busy because it's hard to find a great nail spot, so don't walk in thinking you'll get in. Just a recommendation. read more

Got my nails done here (gel manicure- which for me usually lasts 2+ weeks) on Friday for a wedding the next day. Wasn't super impressed since I asked for round nails and got some natural and some squared off- but didn't cause a fuss as I was with the entire wedding party and they would look fine in photos. today is Tuesday and they are already lifting and chipping badly. Staff was pleasant and place was very clean, but will not be back as quality is poor. Update. It's Thursday and the polish is coming off in complete pieces- I have never heard of this before?? I don't know if it's the brand of gel polish they use of it the base wasn't applied correctly but this was a horrid manicure. read more

Use to like going here! But once u become a regular , they seem to treat you like your not a priority and are very rude .I have been going there for years, always left a generous tip. But the last time I was there , the girl doing my nails was very nasty and rude to me because I was having a hard time picking out a color . Instead of trying to help me she yelled at me in front of the other guest and told me I have 6 min. To pick out a color or she wasn't going to do my nails! Needless to say , I will not go back there. I had a 3 o'clock appointment didn't get my nails started until 315 I asked her to take my nails down in length and she cut all of them all the way off ! she did the worst shellac manicure. The salon is bright and nicely decorated, chairs are new and it's modern and clean. I had the most expensive pedicure on the menu, and it was not worth it in terms of extra scrubs, massage or care and time spent. Two very light coats of polish, didn't go anywhere near the edges, and it was chipped later that night. I came back 3 days later for a mani (thought I'd give it another chance) and it was one of the worst I've ever had. I had a young man who rushed through it all, had polish all over the place, forgot what he was doing. It was a mess. Both of my daughters also had mani pedi and similar result. Overall, lack of care, lack of detail and lack of regard for the customer. I felt like I was inconveniencing everyone. read more

I went to get fills for the first time at Polish. I walked in and no one said hello or can i help you? Finally a man asked what i needed done. Ttey tell me to sit at first chair. A girl comes out and says nothing to me. Not hello, how do you want your nails etc. She does my nails. I pay and thats it. She doesnt say a word and gets up and walks away. During the appointment she was actually watching her phone and had ear plugs in. She also had an attitude with the other nail tech beside us. I was happy when we walked in for our 1pm appointment and they were ready for us. The pedicure was very good. However, I wanted a polish for my toes that would match my "dip" color. They picked a mis-match color. I pointed it out and they were happy to repolish with a different, better match, color. I had picked a lighter color polish, and definitely could have used a third coat to avoid them looking streaked, but I wasn't going to complain AGAIN. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the manicure part of my manicure was missing I really enjoy the pampering part of a salon/spa visit and this manicure was more of a polish change (dip) without the extras like hand/arm massage. I was also unable to use the chair massager during my pedicure because my mani/pedi were done simultaneously. read more

The polish bar is the best place in town (or outside of town) to get your nails done. Listen I've been getting my nails done since I was 16 and could pay for it myself. I've been to a lot of different places and I was never really happy with any of them. Either they made me bleed or cut them too short, not short enough or they were slanted. Here... you don't have that problem, they are professional, clean, caring, hind hearted people. They know what they are doing. They are not afraid to go outside the box when it comes to nails. The only thing that's different here is that you HAVE to make an appointment. They usually can't take walk ins. Why? Because they are good and booked. Everywhere else they can take walks in because they aren't as good. Now I broke a nail and called and told them what happened and they were able to fit me in that day to fix the nail. You call and tell them what's wrong (if something is wrong) and they will fix it. They truly care about their clients, not customers. They are relationship driven not transaction driven. read more

I called 6 times, on a Wednesday morning about 25 min after they opened. 3x I received a "busy" response and 3x the phone rang and rang but no one picked up. Finally, a young woman picked up the phone, did not identify the business, just said hello, causing me to think I had the wrong number. Before I could say anything, she hung up on me. I called back, and finally got the opportunity to speak to the same individual. She was incredibly rude and told me they had zero availability for me to come in to get shellac removed and get a basic manicure. My first visit and I must say this is a Fantastic fantastic nail salon. The workers are all friendly and the place is super clean. They are following Covid protocols including plexi glass at the stations. Kevin gave the perfect manicure... best I've had in YEARS. I never knew my cuticles could look so clean. I go to The Polish Bar fairly often, and I usually have a good experience. My last appointment however was GREAT! Krissy (I think was her name) did my nails. I was worried at first because I had never seen her in there and found out she had only been working there for 3 weeks. I was so happy with my dip manicure & will for definitely be going back. Today was my first time coming in to Polish Nail Bar. I researched many different nail salons to go to, and this one had the best reviews so i figured I'd give it a try. Based off first impression, hey were extremely welcoming and their salon is gorgeous on the inside. Claudia did my mani/pedi/wax, and did a great job. She took her time, was very friendly, personable, and did a great job. Very nice people and the quality is amazing. Reasonable prices too. I can't see myself going anywhere else. Also, make sure you leave a cash tip because that's most easiest for them! You can use Venmo too which is convenient. read more
