The nurse practitioner I saw was very dismissive, wasn't particularly personable, nor seemed to care. She spent more time yelling at her staff outside of my room, all of which were pleasant and respectful towards me, before writing me off. The care I recieved from her was inattentive (she looked at her computer more than me) and downright awful (I really shouldn't feel bad about seeking care after an exposure incident, but I did after her), but the rest of the staff was nice. I honestly felt bad for them. I would never go here fo a personal reason, and if I ever need medical care for work related reasons (hopefully never again) I'll go to a further away clinic. Again, the support staff was good, but the NP I saw was awful.

Being 72 I was sort of concerned for myself so I googled places to get the shots and this place came up. I called and to a great surprise was greeted by a very very friendly receptionist. Was advised to just come there and walk in. Well, behind the counter were two very FRIENDLY and helpful young ladies who were so pleasant it felt like I was back in 1960's where service providers actually cared about patients. Very very nice ladies. Being computer and tablet illiterate they even did my registration being it my first time there and they did it for me in such a pleasant way, with genuine smiles. Highly recommend this care facility. this is my new go to spot if I ever need the assistance they provide by far. Robert Maguire. 5 stars.
