I want to review VA Mobile Detail today. As always, I did a lot of research and looked at reviews. This company has consistently received excellent reviews. Once I called the company, I knew why the reviews are so great. The person (I believe it was Ashley..I hope I am right) answering the phone was so cheerful, kind, and easily answered my questions. The appointment was set up. On the day it was scheduled, it rained. I was called by the company and assisted in setting up another appointment. Now, to the detailing. I was called by Ashley and told that the detailer would arrive shortly. This gentleman was incredibly pleasant and answered all my questions. In slightly over an hour and a half, I received a call from Ashley telling me that my car was done. OMG! Done does not describe how it looked. It looked better than new, inside and out. I have always done my cars by myself, but due to shoulder issues, had to stop. I should have stopped a long time ago. Everything was beautiful. The tires and trim that are black, looked awesome. The inside of the car was spectacular. I am telling you, everything about this company is exceptional. I will always use this company. When you find something this good, you stay with it. read more

I purchased the Gold Package for my wife for Christmas. She drives a large SUV that had suffered a multi-axis attack from our toddler and two beagles. VA Mobile Detail arrived on time and completed the job in a very efficient and timely manner. The results were unbelievable! They truly exceeded expectations. All the dog hair, Cheerios, fruit snacks, dried beverage splatter, dirt... you name it... was gone. No sign of it ever being there. Her car wasn't that clean the day she drove it off the show room floor! Amazing detailing. A few weeks ago I made the mistake of taking my car through a cheap drive through car wash - my black metallic exterior was scratched, and there were multiple stains and even dried wax clumps. I realized being cheap was a bad idea, and got the diamond exterior detail today. It looks as though it came straight out of the dealership lot. I will post the pictures soon (Black BMW). The detailers were friendly, on time and very efficient. I will definitely use this service again. If I didn't have a busy, unpredictable work schedule I would have signed up for the monthly washes. This is by far the best car detailing company I have ever utilized. Marquez was extremely prompt, professional, flexible, and went the extra mile. He arrived to my residence ahead of time to ensure my service began promptly at the time I selected (but not before contacting me via telephone first), greeted me with a smile and ready to work, assessed my car interior to identify areas needed more focus, and before leaving, assisted me with laying my new car mats. I purchased the LivingSocial deal for me and as a gift for my husband. I made the appointment for my car on line and the day they were scheduled to arrive, it rained all day. They called me to reschedule! On the rescheduled date, they arrived just a few minutes late but I was notified that they were stuck in traffic. One Word convenient before i used to go to auto bell and sss car wash they washed my car well but detailed it was a different story. This place comes to you that in itself is amazing after getting a gold detail my car looked way better than any clean i have ever gotten scratches were gone the light ones and they also offer deeper scratch removal... some other time but i will be using them again for sure. read more

I got full service (outside and inside detailing). Jeev, the technician, was punctual, courteous, professional, and efficient. He actually went beyond the 2.5 hours without charging me more because it was important to me to do an excellent job. In fact, he spent extra time to remove a stain in my front seat.
