I keep coming back for the fast service and ease to stop or change your car wash membership. I don't vacuum every time and try to at least go to the car wash once a week or every other week. In my opinion this place is great to have a membership to just for the value alone. A normal car wash could be the same rate anywhere else just for one car wash. Just by going twice a month you get your moneys worth. I always recommend Green Clean Express Wash. Touchless is not worth ruining your vehicle. It leaves a residue of soap on it. I went back thru for a rinse and it did the same wash all over. In addition, the staff sends the cats in too quickly back to back, so even though I'm touchless, the truck behind me I got his rollers. read more

Clean and new car wash!!! They have many locations so you can get a membership for unlimited car washes. The guys here are so friendly!!! The vacuums actually work a little bit too good! One downside, though. So I have a bike rack attached and I forgot my keys at home. So I couldn't get my car washed. But the inside is nice and clean, so I can't complain too much. The manager on site after my car was damaged informed me that they recently had a NEW technician servicing the equipment which resulted in damage to my 2017 Volkswagen Alltrack. The car wash is all about debiting your account monthly but will not stand behind their machinery inflicting harm to others property. Today's customer service was beyond 10/10. Originally I visited Green Clean Auto Wash and was not completely satisfied with the quality of the service. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was contacted by Bethanee who advised me to come back. Offered to make up with a free car wash. I was greeted by Jamal when I arrived who assisted me with my offer. After the was I was still unsatisfied with the quality of the service. Confused to why my car still had visible dirt on it, I asked Key (Ki) who was able to give me great information and tips. Being that I have a white car, they advised me about how to avoid having dirt after the service. She even broke down each monthly service package available. Making a valid point, even if I paid for the top tier package. Bringing my car to the wash at least twice a month, I would still get my moneys worth AND avoid dealing with nuisance of the upkeep of a white car. Ki, also wanted to make sure that I left satisfied. After she wiped down the roof and most the car to get rid of the tough dirt/pollen. She told me to go back through the wash again. Now here's the icing on the cake and the reason why I will come here while my stay in VA. My car actually died in the parking lot lol. Jamal was very kind enough to pull his car up and give me a jump. Wow! I cannot not express how great this location is. Not only is it a very clean location. I went on December 28 and went to one of the attendants in the business and ask if I could purchase a monthly unlimited car wash plan. He quickly took me in and walk and talk very fast about the plan, when I put my card in, I try to ask questions as my card went through, he ignored me then, gave another attendant a sticker to put on my front windshield in which this agent would not answer questions either. I went ahead and had my car wash since I paid, only visit one time and it will be the last time. I was treated like a second-class citizen. Went a couple of days later looking for a new car wash which was buggy bathe and was treated with respect, questions answer and did more than this car wash would do for you. I will be canceling my subscription with this place, and my advice if you treated your customers as second class citizens and not answer their questions and run away when they try to ask questions you will not be in business long. Please treat your customers the way they are supposed to be treated, they are paying your bills and your employees. Never again will I be treated like I don't mean anything the way you treated me. I only had a question, and you couldn't stop for a few minutes to answer, and this is the location on Tidewater Drive location number 508. Grand opening specials this week. Ton of employees helping you go through the options of the washes. The top tier wash was great a ton of soap just when I thought the soap cycle was done a different color soap came out. They had these air guns by the vacuums that I have to figure out what they are for. I liked how they were rubber tipped to prevent scratches. Definitely will be back even though I happened to be in the area this time with a dirty car. read more

Brand New Car gets scratches along the side due to malfunction at the High Street Portsmouth wash. I do an incident report and told theyll investigate and call back in 3 days. They don't so I contacted an attorney and he called left a message and all of a sudden they call me back. Then have a nerve to say it wasn't there fault even though it is a month old car that I don't drive and had no scratches whatsoever prior to my wash. I instructed him to calm down he walks away from his post at kiosk and says "I'm tired of this shit" I reported it to management (Jonathan) who appears to not be concerned, so I drove to military highway location and filed report with manager (Dino), when he called Jonathan attempted to lie about what happened, so Dino has me meeting with Site manager Hayden tomorrow. First time here and the staff was super friendly and helpful! They were at the box where you select your wash, showed me all the options and swiped my card for me. I didn't have to do anything. Newly opened so everything is clean and works great. The vacuum's are the best I have ever used. Attendant's were very friendly. The car wash did a great job better than most automatic car washes and dried the vehicle very well. I just wish it had covered spaces when drying and vacuuming, it is great now but a 90 degree sunny day will be brutal. read more
