The ice maker started acting up six months after delivery. We had a service tech come out to the house 4 or more times to fix it, and it still sporadically works. My Bosch Dual Fuel 30" slide in Range suddenly wasn't heating properly. It would pre-heat but never get to the selected temp. Diagnosis was the main bottom Heating Element needed replacement. One was ordered and was sent FedExto my home in 2 days. Kris was assigned to install it. What a project. Nothing was simple or straight forward to get the old one out and new one in. I was horrified when he removed the old element...as you can see from the photo I attached. It's literally broke off in pieces and one section had the internal wires exposed. I'm surprised It didn't cause a house fire!!!!! It took an hour for Kris to remove and replace the element and get all the panels and wiring reinstalled. He made sure we tested it on both the PreHeat, the Traditional Bake, and the Convection Bake selections and it heated up to the proper temperature. It was yet another service call from Sears that complete left us satisfied. I'll be calling Sears Repair Services again in the spring to do our annual Lawn Tractor maintenance including Oil, Filters, Blade change, spark plug replacement and belts checked.
