LESS THAN ZERO STARS!!!!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Don't book with them EVER! Walked in to a room with bloody vomit sheets (see photos) so then else requested to cancel. After 3 hours on the phone we were finally helped So we booked another stay (not knowing it was vacasa) received confirmation of the booking. Couldn't get in contact with the host for 40 minutes just to get check in information. Then when we finally got in, the power was completely out. This whole trip was ridiculous and vacasa was EXTREMELY unhelpful

Where do I begin? This place is listed as sleeping 4 adults but the second bed was a broken hide away bed. When we called about it, they sent out a technician who confirmed that the bed wasn't in a sleepable condition. Then, they lied to me and said the technician said it was in good working order. LIE! This place is only good for maybe 2 adults and a child. Can't stand being lied to. We had to drive 20 miles 2 ways to buy an airbed to sleep comfortably. Definitely not enough room for 4 adults. Oh yeah, the toilet runs all night long and had to turn off the water to stop it. The sink in the master was clogged and took forever to drain. Even the master king bed has problems as the bed wouldn't tay on the frame and sloped to one side... good God, find somewhere else!

I have listed my studio with Vacasa. In Park City UT. (Not Cali-- I have a VPN) It took a month before we got the first booking. They take $250 and put it in a reserve acct. As an owner you are preventing from knowing who the guests are: Brenda K, Joe R. If you want to meet and greet the guests you cannot. They don't return calls. Nickel and Dime you with fees. We had a 22 days booking and netted 92 bucks for June. They charge almost 9 bucks a night for "liability" insurance. After the first guest came housekeeping didn't show for 5 days. Too many chiefs. First we had Jody, then Kristen then Liza and now a new guy.

I want to make sure its clear to what happend before my re-post -…read more I don't normally escalate matters like this, but I am angry, deeply disappointed, and stunned by how this situation was handled. I have stayed with PCL before and chose to return specifically because of the understanding shown last year when I needed to move a reservation due to my father being ill. That experience built trust. What happened this time completely destroyed it. This weekend, standing outside the door of our room, before we had even checked in--my wife and I received a call that our son was in the hospital and he had passed away. In a matter of minutes, our world collapsed. We immediately left for the airport to get home and say goodbye. I called the after-hours office to explain the situation and was told it would be taken care of. When I followed up, the response I received was cold and dismissive. I was told "sorry for your loss," followed immediately by "the owner needs to be paid," and that nothing could be done. There was no willingness to pause, escalate, or meaningfully consider the circumstances just an abrupt end to the conversation. What made this worse was being told by the manager that she had "friends and family who have died and understands." That comment was inappropriate. Losing friends or family members is not the same as losing a child. This is not about the money. It is about principle and basic human decency. We had not checked in. We did not stay a single night. We left because our child died. Treating this as a routine cancellation and responding in this way was shocking Because of how this was handled, I will never return to PCL, nor will I recommend it. I sincerely hope you take a hard look at how situations like this are managed and whether your team is truly empowered to respond with compassion rather than policy-first indifference when it matters most. After I removed this post upon request of the owners and good faith Bait and Switch - I want to share an update after removing my previous reviews, based on direct communication from the General Manager "Heleena" and family owner. At the beginning of this process, Heleena set clear expectations that they would work to accommodate the situation if I reconsidered and removed my reviews. She emphasized multiple times that a negative review would impact their small family business and asked me to take that into consideration while they worked toward a resolution. Trusting that, I updated and removed my reviews across platforms. I was then asked to provide a death certificate--as if validation was needed, which, despite how difficult that was, I provided. After doing all of that and waiting, here is the exact response I received: "Given the extraordinary circumstances surrounding this reservation, I did review the situation with the homeowner. While we are not able to offer a full credit again, we would like to extend a $350 credit toward a future stay with Park City Lodging, valid for the next 12 months." To be clear--this was for a ~$2,000 stay that we never used, as we left immediately after learning our son had passed away and returned back home within hours, AGAIN never staying a single night.. I'm sharing this because what was positioned as a compassionate resolution felt more like a bait and switch. I was asked to remove my reviews by "Heleena" in good faith, only to be presented with this outcome afterward. Maybe its because she is leaving the company she gave this less of a thought.. Others can make their own judgment, but for me, this experience has been incredibly disappointing and shows the character of the company..

My family has done this for the past 4yrs, and every time there has been an issue (whether it be them changing our room last minute, or charging additional fees at the front desk upon check in, or just rude customer service. One year, we came right at check in time, and had to wait nearly 2hrs for a worker to let us in our room - their excuse was "nobody from the staff is on site" - so we waited for 2hrs. This last booking experience was the absolute worst, and we will never return. They called me 7 days before my reservation, to let me know that the condo I booked (back in feb) is no longer available due to construction. Construction that has been going on for the past 2-3 weeks, and they're now just letting me know ONE WEEK before my check in date. Their options were: I could either stay in a sister property of theirs, in a completely different town - or they could split my family up into two separate motel style rooms that wouldn't even be next to each other. When I explained that I had minor age children traveling with me, the rep explained that I'd still need to separate my group. Which would mean I'd have minor aged children in a room alone, and she saw no problem with doing that. Wtf?! They gave zero sincerity about the situation, and the specific representative I spoke with - kept having a loud dog barking in the background. It seemed like a joke at first because of how unprofessional it all was, and how they gave zero remorse - but apparently that's just how they do business. They don't offer any compensation other than just refunding the amount I had paid, or taking a massive decline in the room situation- but still paying the original price I had already paid. Do not rent from here, save yourself time and trouble and go through a hotel directly. These guys are horrible

We were disappointed with our experience with All Seasons Resort Lodging in renting a condo unit at…read moreQuail Run in Santa Fe this August. We experienced a lack of interest, support or anything resembling customer service from All Seasons in trying to deal with the unit's many serious problems. Some of the unit's deficiencies made it uninhabitable. The unit's sleeping accommodations were in terrible condition, including the beds, pillows and bed linens. The king bed in the master BR had an old lumpy mattress, topped with a thick mattress pad much smaller than the mattress. The supplied pillows were old, lumpy and dirty - one even had blood stains. The sheets and pillowcases were also old and dusty. There were plenty of other problems with the unit. The master bath was dangerous and unusable without a rubber bathmat, the shower in the second bathroom was only around 5 feet from the floor, the living room television did not work, the electric cooktop was "locked" with no instructions for using it, the upholstery of the living room couches was cracked and coming apart (very difficult to sit on) and the tile floors were uniformly dirty. We repeatedly asked the All Seasons on-site staff for a few things, for example softer pillows and a rubber mat for the tub/shower. We sent emails and left voice messages and dropped by their office. They never acknowledged or responded to these requests. We ended up laundering the sheets and pillowcases ourselves, showering in the clubhouse, and rearranging the bedding ourselves. We finally gave up and vacated the unit four days early. We have been staying at Quail Run for over 25 years, enjoying their amenities (and most of their units are fine). Before All Seasons took over, the Quail Run staff was helpful and responsive when there were problems. Unfortunately, however, with All Seasons, based on our experience, potential renters should independently research any unit you might want to rent at the properties they manage - and plan to be left to your own devices if any problems arise.
