I work with I-Trip as a property owner and they manage a unit of mine in Park City. They are fantastic and have taken excellent care of my property. They are extremely professional and I never needed to worry knowing they were handling everything. Laura, my point of contact, was always very responsive whenever I had questions. Cleaning was top notch and they had a great occupancy rate for my unit during ski season and off season. They know the Park City market well and what the price of my property should be throughout the different seasons (ski season and off-season). I am a home owner that started working with iTrip about a year ago. Overall I've been very happy with the quality of service that they have provided. Their team is very responsive - I prefer to be fairly involved and they're always willing to strategize with me. My occupancy has been better than it has in previous years. My guests have been happy - since they took over management for me we have received all 5 stars from guests. We booked a week ski vacation over Presidents Week. We booked a 3 bedroom and there was tons of space for our family, 2 adult and 3 kids. The kids loved the hot tub and my wife and I loved the space. The checking process was easy and automated. The management team was responsive to all our questions. When we asked for some things to do with the kids besides asking they were quick to offer suggestions. I had a couple of questions about my bill they were very helpful. My family and I had a wonderful ski holiday. The place we stayed was great and Park City was amazing in the winter. read more

Every time that we are here we find our home clean and well maintained, not to mention they greet us with some sort of yummy treat:) We remodeled our home in PC as a second home and rent it out when we aren't there. It's been a while since we used iTrip (pre-pandemic), but I am back in Park City and reminded that I meant to write a review long ago. I won't go into details, other than to say I was so upset at one point, I drove to the (6300 N Sagewood, Suite H521) address used in emails/other materials to speak with the staff directly, and you can imagine my surprise when I discovered that H521 is a post office box at a UPS Store. In this world of virtual business, that may be fine for most, but I felt a bit deceived. And, now having experienced other property management companies that have a full local team's presence, to me it makes a world of difference. read more

Like previous reviewer Adam our family was also left paying for a rental we never set foot in due to COVID. The resorts closed the day before our arrival. Obviously not being able to ski was a bummer, but we were also completely freaked out about being stuck in a mountain town with limited groceries. March 2020 was a weird time! This week I asked for probably about the sixth time for a refund, which was denied. They have provided a travel credit which rings so hollow for me because it must be used by March 2021 and should be booked ASAP. They actually expect my family to book a stay with them while the pandemic rages on. Everyone else from airlines to Ikon Pass has gone out of their way to put customers first. These guys don't care. Please don't book with them. read more

This company is a bunch of criminals! Do NOT book with them! I made a booking about 2 months ago to visit with friends and family for my birthday coming up in less than 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I tested positive for COVID19, as did 2 other members of our group. I sought a refund from VRBO and iTrip since that's who I booked with, and am being completely denied. They are greedy pigs. I cannot travel, am nowhere near healthy, and they only care about their money. Seriously, 200,000 people are being infected daily, over 250,000 Americans are dead and they aren't willing to provide refunds for people impacted by this pandemic? iTrip was completely inflexible about our Covid cancellation. We contacted them 3 1/2 weeks before our trip to inquire about rebooking or getting a portion of our money back, but were told there was nothing they could do, that we should have purchased trip insurance. When I contacted them again 12 days before our reservation when the infections were skyrocketing they said they needed 14 days notice for rebooking (not what I was told previously). I repeated our desire to book at a later date all the way up to our reservation date, but they wouldn't budge one inch. Since they kept the entire $4000 payment we likely won't be able to ski at Park City this year. I would stay away from any property managed by iTrip based on this experience. read more

My friends & I booked a 5 night stay at Deer Valley from ITrip through AirBnB, which we had planned several months in advance for Sundance Film Festival. A couple weeks prior to our stay we checked the listing to make sure everyone had the address - I noticed that it had changed. When we booked it was a 3 bdrm, but it had become a 2 bdrm and the photos of the rooms had changed too. We were not notified of this change, which we later found out had been due to compliance issues with the city. We spent the next week working with ITrip to move us to a new property (very stressful) that would work for all 7 of us - they did and we were happy to find something. Upon arrival to the new property, the hot water heater wasn't working and all the shower heads/sink faucets were covered in rust, calcium and line deposits that must have been built up for years. We were also told that the hot tub wasn't safe and it had to be changed due to the green color of the water. After a few visits from maintenance, this was all corrected or so we thought. We all started noticing red, painful bumps all over our bodies and were later diagnosed with hot tub folliculitus - a condition caused by unhealthy water in the hot tubs. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE! I strongly recommend not staying at an ITRIP property. I wouldn't wish what happened to us on anyone. read more

iTrip is refusing to give us a refund for our Deer Valley condo booked through VRBO even though the CEO of VRBO sent an email two days ago stating "Homeowners and property managers who list homes on Vrbo have been encouraged to adopt more flexible cancellation policies in light of COVID-19 and offer full refunds to those who wish to cancel for concerns of their own well-being." We cancelled our ski trip to Deer Valley last week, including our condo booked through VRBO but managed through iTrip, due to health issues in our travel party and because everyone is being encouraged to stay home, socially distance, and not travel. We are extremely disappointed iTrip is refusing to heed VRBO's directive to offer full refunds for those who cancel and is keeping close to $2300 of our money despite not showing up. We've asked them several times to do the right thing and grant us a refund but they have refused. VERY DISAPPOINTING way to run a business. read more

Itrip Park City is not a trustworthy organization. Before we arrived we had issues. The initial rental unit we booked had been changed without any notification. Due to compliance issues with the city the listing was changed from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, we only discovered that when we were looking for the address of the listing a few weeks out. Itrip at that point made things right by providing us with an upgraded property. When we arrived we realized that this property was not very well maintained. All the faucets and most of the shower heads were corroded over with calcium, lime, and rust deposits. After calling them they promptly fixed most of the faucets and shower heads, refusing to fix all of them, even after I suggested someone cleaning the faucets with CLR. But my main concern is why was this not done prior to our arrival, since it took their maintenance crew less than a half an hour to fix. Additionally the hot tub was not properly maintained. Almost all the people in our party have contracted hot tub folliculitis. What does this mean, we have little red bumps all over our bodies. We are currently treating the rashes with topical ointments and we've been told that the rash should resolve itself within 5-10 days. BEWARE OF ANY ITRIP PROPERTY. read more

I booked a 5 night stay at the Sundial Lodge in Park City 2 bedroom unit through ITrip. The listing on ITrip and VRBO was full of false information and misrepresentations. The unit was advertised as modern and professionally maintained and cleaned. The unit is actually very dated and in need of repair. When we checked in the carpet was coming apart in many areas and filthy with huge splattered stains. Many lightbulbs were burned out. The blinds were broken and closet doors broken. We couldn't get the toilet to flush in one bathroom and we found trash on the floor under the nightstands just to name a few of the issues. I called iTrip upon checking in and was told by Mandy that no one had complained before me. I went on VRBO and found several reviews where guests had complained about the exact same issues and iTrip had written responses. ITrip sent someone to fix a couple of the problems the 2nd day of the trip and tried to clean some of the carpet stains so then we spent the next 3 days walking around on wet carpeting on our vacation. The rest of the items are still not fixed. Items advertised in the ITrip and VRBO ads that didn't exist in the rental included a balcony off of the master bedroom, double ovens, wide screen tv in the living room (the tv is actually maybe a 25" tv), a generously sized master bath with separate shower ( it is actually quite small with a single vanity with no storage, tub with shower curtain and toilet), and a kitchen any gourmet would love (the kitchen was furnished with what looked like rummage sale rejects (mismatched glasses, silverware, pots, etc) and you couldn't even open the refrigerator door as the refrigerator is too big for the very compact kitchen. We were given a one night credit from iTrip which I feel still did not compensate for the inaccurate information in their ad on which we made our decision to book this unit. Definitely would not recommend using them to book your vacation. read more
