Do not rent from all seasons resort! I booked a condo in Park City back in February, for the weekend of July 4th to attend the forum festival at Canyons Village. My family has done this for the past 4yrs, and every time there has been an issue (whether it be them changing our room last minute, or charging additional fees at the front desk upon check in, or just rude customer service. One year, we came right at check in time, and had to wait nearly 2hrs for a worker to let us in our room - their excuse was "nobody from the staff is on site" - so we waited for 2hrs. This last booking experience was the absolute worst, and we will never return. They called me 7 days before my reservation, to let me know that the condo I booked (back in feb) is no longer available due to construction. Construction that has been going on for the past 2-3 weeks, and they're now just letting me know ONE WEEK before my check in date. Their options were: I could either stay in a sister property of theirs, in a completely different town - or they could split my family up into two separate motel style rooms that wouldn't even be next to each other. When I explained that I had minor age children traveling with me, the rep explained that I'd still need to separate my group. Which would mean I'd have minor aged children in a room alone, and she saw no problem with doing that. Wtf?! They gave zero sincerity about the situation, and the specific representative I spoke with - kept having a loud dog barking in the background. It seemed like a joke at first because of how unprofessional it all was, and how they gave zero remorse - but apparently that's just how they do business. They don't offer any compensation other than just refunding the amount I had paid, or taking a massive decline in the room situation- but still paying the original price I had already paid. Do not rent from here, save yourself time and trouble and go through a hotel directly. These guys are horrible read more

We were disappointed with our experience with All Seasons Resort Lodging in renting a condo unit at Quail Run in Santa Fe this August. We experienced a lack of interest, support or anything resembling customer service from All Seasons in trying to deal with the unit's many serious problems. Some of the unit's deficiencies made it uninhabitable. The unit's sleeping accommodations were in terrible condition, including the beds, pillows and bed linens. The king bed in the master BR had an old lumpy mattress, topped with a thick mattress pad much smaller than the mattress. The supplied pillows were old, lumpy and dirty - one even had blood stains. The sheets and pillowcases were also old and dusty. There were plenty of other problems with the unit. The master bath was dangerous and unusable without a rubber bathmat, the shower in the second bathroom was only around 5 feet from the floor, the living room television did not work, the electric cooktop was "locked" with no instructions for using it, the upholstery of the living room couches was cracked and coming apart (very difficult to sit on) and the tile floors were uniformly dirty. We repeatedly asked the All Seasons on-site staff for a few things, for example softer pillows and a rubber mat for the tub/shower. We sent emails and left voice messages and dropped by their office. They never acknowledged or responded to these requests. We ended up laundering the sheets and pillowcases ourselves, showering in the clubhouse, and rearranging the bedding ourselves. We finally gave up and vacated the unit four days early. We have been staying at Quail Run for over 25 years, enjoying their amenities (and most of their units are fine). Before All Seasons took over, the Quail Run staff was helpful and responsive when there were problems. Unfortunately, however, with All Seasons, based on our experience, potential renters should independently research any unit you might want to rent at the properties they manage - and plan to be left to your own devices if any problems arise. read more

If you're curious about their customer service, spend 5 minutes reading the following. I don't wish this on anyone. I booked a room for a week for a business trip. The day before I was set to arrive my wife and I received information that someone in our family had a few days left to live. There's no choice, right? Family always comes first. So we booked a redeye and flew home. Once I got to the hospice center I called up All Seasons and explained the situation. I basically told that since I didn't cancel 48 hours ahead of my stay there's nothing they could do. "It's our policy." I was transferred to the Reservations Manager, Ethan, and he told me that the best he could do was push my stay back a few weeks. It's not like this was a vacation we could push back a few weeks, it's a business trip and need to travel has come/gone. I asked to speak to Ethan's manager and he told me that I would have to contact the corporate office. I tried to call the corporate office and got lost in a series of "Press 1 for BLAHBLAH BLAH" so I emailed the company. They repeated the line that there's nothing they could do and I should file a claim with my credit card company. Having previously worked in customer service I know that's not that case. You just need a culture that values the customer. In fact, when I called and explained the situation to Delta Airlines, they immediately offered a flight credit good for a year. Someone could've stepped in and been a hero. Instead I'm left writing a review like this. As a follow-up the Newpark Resort reached out do All Seasons for me and was able to help me get a resolution. The travel protection is a scam. The advertised, "for any reason" clause is not true.

I would advise anyone who is thinking of using this company reconsider their decision. We rented Silver King #506 and were VERY disappointed with out unit. First off we were promised two king beds, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. Instead we got a king, a queen, bunk beds, and no sleeper sofa. One adult had to sleep on a sofa and another on a roll away bed we had to have brought in the unit. Another HUGE issue was the heat in the unit. Essentially there was none-and with all of the windows in the unit, the place was very very cold, almost unlivable. We have to get TEN blankets form the front desk. I send an email to the company on Wednesday morning the December 30th and got no response, so I am posting directly to YELP to warn anyone who is considering this condo not to stay there. You guys are truly wonderful and from the bottom of my heart I THANK YOU and will be back and will pass on your professionalism and great customer service. We booked a deluxe 1 bedroom condo at The Caledonian a month or so ago for Park City Utah through All Seasons Resort Lodging. Our nightly rate was $709 plus tax and other fees. A bit high but we wanted a nice place on Main Street. We received an email saying we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom deluxe condo, very nice we thought but why? We went online to www.allseasonsresortlodging.com and realized all the units were on "Sale" so we called immediately. We were told the price we paid is the price we pay, they don't offer any lower prices even if they have "sales" to move the rooms. For all of you that book far in advance thinking you are saving money think again. You are being price gouged. We couldn't even talk to a manager. The assistant manager said nope nothing he could do. We are paying over $3000.00 and today if we booked it would be. $1500.00 come on!!!! The 2 bedroom deluxe is only $1900. Attached is if we booked today! read more

We had experienced a challenge at another condominium we had stayed at a month or so but not this time! It was amazing! With the help of Ethan Murrell and Matt Little who helped us find the right place, we stayed at Town Lift Condominiums located at 693 Main St Unit Unit 2A in Park City, UT 84060 and were absolutely thrilled. It had two bedrooms (a master with a king bed and second with two queen beds), an easy-to-use gas fireplace, and a full sized whirlpool on a private deck! Plus everything was very clean and all in operational condition including the dishwasher, washer, and drier. The visit was for our five year anniversary and it was perfect! We were right in the heart of downtown, within a block or so from excellent restaurants, and had underground parking. We will be going back! The living room had dark leather furniture in mint condition, the dining room table was thick solid wood, the dressers were cedar, and the carpet was spotless. Unbelievably bad. Just so, so....laughably bad. We asked for our money back and left immediately. Absolutely nothing like the marketing photos. I mean not even close. Please see photos and heed this review. Upon arrival we drove around for quite some time because it wasn't even clear where the office for check-in was. The keys we were given did not open the door to the building, which required a trip back over to the office (in the snow at night). The room smelled horrible. The carpet was dirty. Surfaces were dusty. Bedding askew exposing old box spring. Cobwebs. Hair. No closet, just a hanging rod in the room...Don't do it. read more

No toilet paper, no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen, the AC went out the first day we arrived with 90+ temps all week. They never fixed it even though we paid extra for the unit with AC. Hot hot hot and we are from Texas so we are used to higher temps. Empty promises from agent to get the AC fixed, but it never was the entire week. read more

Prospector Accommodations in Park City, Utah Prospector 1940 Prospector Ave. Park City, UT 84060 If it wasn't for the great company I came with and our willingness to just grin, bear it and laugh at the situation I would have left the first night. This place is a SHEER DUMP from top to lumpy bed! There are basically NO REDEEMING points....except location to the very nice GYM Silver Mountain Sports Club & Spa which has nothing to do with this place. I am writing now at 6am since I woke at 4am totally uncomfortable with the previously mentioned lumpy, springy bed that also takes up basically the whole room (supposedly a "master" bedroom). The exterior looks like a prison, the jacuzzi sits in a weirdly enclosed courtyard that is dusty, dirty, and still has exposed drywall screws and all showing. Its like they started a renovation project 10 years ago and quit? In actual apt (you can't call this a condo, yuk) paper thin walls, you hear everything, doors all stick, the dish water produces dirty dishes and white coated glasses. The filth on the windows and on the deck actually kept us from enjoying the sun. This should have the highlight of the unit. The 25 year old style vertical blinds don't open and close and are actually missing slots..of course hits you right in the eyes in the bedroom and on the couch in the den. This is a real review, Im not a super picky person but wow! the knives are either stained or literally broken. I actually blame ALL SEASONS RESORT it is their job as the facilitator between the renter, me and the unit owner to make sure it meets STANDARDS of quality. Boy did they drop the ball. This whole complex should be taken out of any quality rental pool. I have stayed several times with ALL SEASONS RESORTS in the past and had great experiences. I rented this unit based on their past performance.....you guys dropped the ball big time! Free WIFI what a JOKE it dropped literally 3x's while writing this review (maybe it know my content :) Again if you read my other couple of reviews I'm not one of those people who just rant and like to down businesses but come on guys, this is just plain stupid and a way to ruin not only my trip but your reputation as a source of quality rentals. I have reservations for March 28th to April 4 and would like a full refund. I was told that I would only get an 80% credit to use next year. An 80% credit is not acceptable considering that this is not my decision. The Park City mountain is closed for the season and the United States government has recommend everyone to self quarantine. This is an act of god and is out of my control therefore I don't think a full refund is out of the question. Does All Season Resort and Lodging want me and my family to come out and potentially infect their employees and other residents of Utah because that's what it feels like. This company wants to keep over $700.00 of my money for no reason. They have not provided any services for me and my family. All other business are giving full refunds small and large. Including air b and b. I feel All Season Resort and Lodging is taking advantage of this world wide crisis and of me. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Worst customer service experience I have ever had. 3 friends and I came out from Atlanta to vacation in Park City. First off, we walked around for 45 minutes just trying to find out where to check in. (Go to Silverado King if you're lost) which is not the hotel we were staying at. We were handed 1 room key and a map at check in. We finally find the hotel; it looks absolutely nothing like the pictures inside or out whatsoever! The room was tiny. The heat put off such a horrible smell you couldn't stand to use it. The bathtub didn't drain properly and the hot water was like warm. We went back to the Silverado, and went over these issues. They said they would have a maintenance man come out and resolve the issues. Absolutely nothing was fixed when we returned after being on the mountain except for them putting a heater plugged into the wall!! Would not accommodate us to a new room or anything. Oh and last but not least, we woke up to one of our cars with a boot on it because the guy at check in just somehow forgot about parking passes. I was then told it was my fault; even though they eventually reimbursed my money to get it removed. One of the worst hotel experiences ever!! One star is one star more than they deserve. I checked in and the front desk worker was odd to say the least. He gave me keys to my room and it was filthy! There were spider webs w/ spiders in them. Floors were filthy and beds were worn down to the springs. The walls desperately needed a coat of paint. Stay away from this company if you expect competent staff and clean spider free rooms. This place was a disgrace. Absolutely shameful!!! read more

We stayed three nights for a sports tournament. We stayed in a two story, three bedroom condo in June. The air conditioning never did work correctly, or at all, while we were there. We called the front desk twice and a nice but useless handyman came once. He said our 'pipes were frozen' and to turn it off and wait until they thawed. Are you kidding me? Both the pool and the fitness center were closed and the hot tub was very difficult to find. There was a huge dead ant in the bathroom, only one tab for the dishwasher, and no black out curtains anywhere, in any room. The king mattress sank right where my body went. The hallways were over heated and get this, you can't park in the huge parking lot or you'll get towed after 2am. Seriously, no kidding. And the clearance into the parking garage is only 6'8" so any full size pick up truck will not fit inside, nor will any vehicle with a Thule rack on top. What the heck? I will not stay there again. read more

It looks like the bad reviews are for a different property that All Seasons also manages. Silver King is the place you want to stay! Indoor/outdoor year-round pool and hot tub is my favorite thing, plus it's right across the parking lot from the ski resort. Many of the units have been updated, too. The FREE bus that goes all over town stops right in front of the building, and there is a covered parking garage for your car. All Seasons has always been good to me. read more

We booked a 3-night hotel stay through Orbitz and the site said the Prospector's Accomodations pool was open. Upon hearing that the pool was closed when we arrived to check-in(after our card had been charged) we were told no discount could be given. On Sunday we realized our condo was still not ready so we had to extend for another night. We called the front desk at Prospectors, the man was polite and said our same room was available and we were transferred to the Reservation's line. At this point, I am greeted by Toya, perhaps the worst customer service representative I have encountered. We clearly stated we wanted to extend our stay, within the same room at Prospector's, however, she wasn't understanding. By the time she did understand, she belittled me by saying, "It would have been more helpful if you had said that in the beginning" (??!!). She quoted us at $59/night. Then we were put on hold for 10 minutes. Then we tell her we were upset that we are still being charged the full amount even though the pool is closed. Its summer!! And gorgeous out!! Clearly agitated, she rudely cuts me off, and says," You can either check out now-or stay another night for $69." It reminded me of being scolded by mother and somehow the price jumped ten bucks. She said since we were there for 3 nights already knowing the pool was closed, there is no reason a discount should be offered. The customer experience was awful. We were crunched for time and staying another night was just the reasonable thing to do instead of lugging our things around for hours to wait for check in at another place. The room was clean and comfortable, however, upon our first night someone kicked out a front window to the front door so anyone could come into our hallway and it's still broken. Didn't get the sense our protection was a concern. Bottom line: We live here in Park City and had a gap between when we could move into our condo, and we weren't treated well at all.
