I walked in the office (thought it was open at 8:00am guess the place opens at 9am, but you wouldn't have known that because there were 5 patients in the waiting room sitting down and the door wasn't locked it was open). The receptionist at the counter said that the place doesn't open until 9 and that they were about to have a staff meeting, and there is one ahead of you. Did you hear me? (Being very snooty about it. I asked if they could schedule me for a 9am appointment (since there were already 5 other people in the waiting room a few were waiting for occupational health and there was one in line waiting for a medical appointment. But I'm not allowed to wait in the waiting room area or at the very least have my information taken down for a scheduled appointment after 9am? I'm done with this location! I'm either too early to be helped or most of the time I come in and they say that they're full and to try the Dixon location. Not to mention, Northbay Regional as a whole has crappy service, low on staff, and if you go to the Vacavalley Hospital to stay overnight, they redirect you to the Fairfield NorthBay Hospital because they don't have enough beds available. And the Fairfield NorthBay Hospital sucks! I had pneumonia last year and had to stay at their hospital WITHOUT A TOILET in my room! And kept having to have my waste disposed of like I was in a 3rd world country. F NorthBay! I'm going back to Kaiser! September open enrollment can't come soon enough!

Brooks and his assitant Dan , the anesthesiologist .. i was treated with so much care . My recovery has been so excellent . I struggled with severe pain for 2 years and now I'm having no pain , my surgical site pain is minimum and tolerated . I had my staples removed today , walking into my surgeons office with the walker and in no pain was such a blessing ! Thank you Dr Brooks for all You have done . I went here however on day 3 of my symptoms, explaining to them, how I know my body, I feel like I'll need antibiotics. She wrote it off as allergies or a common cold and to wait 10-14 days for the symptoms to go away. They've gotten worse. I'm a RVT. I know when it is and isn't apportionment to use antibiotics so no I'm not asking you to "hand them out like candy" as she said. Wish I got the name of the doctor. Also I don't appreciate being called "girl" repeatedly in our conversation to help me perhaps understand what you're trying to explain to me. I would never refer to my clients that way. I arrived at 5:45 pm and was told by the receptionist that I would be seen at about 9:20 pm. I will get a text when they are ready to see me and I have 15 min to check in to keep my spot. I was planning to go home and come back because I wasn't going to wait in the waiting room for 3+ hours with a room full of sick patient. As soon as I left the parking lot, I got a text and turn back around. I was seen by the PA and got an x-ray by 6:25 pm. At 6:55 pm, I heard receptionist turning walk-ins away, even though they closed at 11 pm. Apparently, you can make appt for Urgent Care. Good to know! At 7:40 pm, I started to question myself if I was supposed to wait there. I went to ask the nurse to make sure they know I'm still waiting. After 10 minutes, a nurse (not the PA) came out with paperwork that has a list of prescriptions/medications. Most importantly, my lungs are cleared. No sign of pneumonia. I waited almost two hours for that. Good thing is that there is a 24 hours pharmacy inside of the ER in the next building. I was able to get my prescription and finally go home and rest.

The staff in ICU were Angels the doctors we encountered were amazing. They took great care of my mom getting her back to somewhat normal but nowhere near where she was. We had to eventually be moved to a long term acute care facility. The case manager named Ginger came to speak to us about this move. We were only given the option for Vibra hospital of Sacramento located in Folsom,ca due to my mom being on a ventilator. She made this place sound amazing told us many great things about this LTAC even went as far as to say she would send her own mom there if she had to. We were iffy especially hearing that the care there wasnt good by a family friend but that was our only option so we had to go there. Unfortunately my mom passed away at that LTAC Jan. 3rd 2025. They were horrible there. The care wasnt good at all. They said there would be daily visits from the drs most days the drs didn't come in days at a time, They would let my mom sit in her poop diaper for an hour sometimes, there were times we had to change my moms diaper, they were rough with her during changes she would cry because she had no voice(WE spoke to a patient care coordinator numerous times) they were rude. I tried asking wat they were giving my mom and a nurse told me "I already told ur brother ask him" and wen asking to talk to a manager or supervisor the DON came and asked us wat we did to upset him. Took no accountability for their employee and pointed the finger at us. Theres so much more I could say but its so much. Basically im just on here to warn people that Ginger is selling a dream. She must not love her mother if she would send her to this place. It haunts me that my mom told us "I hope ur making the right decision". Its like they are herding cattle. This is not the experience with the staff performing the blood draws. They are friendlier and professional. It's also nice they have gotten better at not having to poke around for those of us with tiny veins. Injection Clinic Got my flu and Covid shots recently. The Covid shot hurt more than the flu. Had 1 done in each arm by an LVN. She was efficient and friendly. The wait was approximately a 1/2 hour however you can drive through to the back of the medical center for these shots as well. Radiology Went in recently for imaging and the area was clean and quiet. There was no wait and the staff who assisted me were cordial. The equipment for mammograms has been upgraded over the years but there has to be a better way to do routine screening than smashing the girls to smitherins. Lol.
