Super nice explained the process and got to work on our dirty panels. The pricing is very fair. I've had other people who did not do as good of a job charge a lot more. I found them through ads on Instagram. They have a 5 star reviews from Google, Yelp and Facebook. I have been looking for a bird proofing company for a while and I'm glad I found them on Instagram, so I decided to give them a try. They offer a free assessment before they provide any estimates. Carlos came in initially for inspection and was very transparent in answering all of my questions. The estimates they provided were very reasonable, not to high nor not too cheap. I would say they're in a middle as far as cost for the whole service. The estimates included details of what type of materials needed for the job. They use a premium 16-gauge steel mesh with a PVC coating to prevent rust, they also use stainless steel UV-Resistant zip ties (not plastic). The initial inspection report is also very clear and descriptive, and Carlos took a lot of images above and below the panels, as well as the current condition of the tiles. Jesse was the one that I work with scheduling the project. The project started a week after I approved the estimate. The day of the project, Carlos and Nate came back to do the work. Carlos was also very polite and transparent with the questions I have and the work to be completed. The whole job of clearing the debris, washing the panels, and bird proofing the full perimeter took about 3-4 hours total. I just have to say Nate did an excellent job of cleaning the side and the back of our house after all the bird droppings came down from cleaning the roof. After the work, Carlos provided some pictures of the work before/after completion and sent the detailed report and final invoice right after. The job also comes with a 1 yr standard warranty, but I decide to upgrade to a 10-yr warranty because with the upgrade price it will cover the 1 solar panel cleaning after a year. I highly recommend Solar Express Cleaning for this type of work, and we will definitely reach back out to them for any future solar panel cleaning as well. - Arnold

Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!
