I don't know who everyone else has been dealing with but Pete was great to work with. I showed up a day early (my mistake) and he let me rent a car for that night as long as I returned it early the next morning. This saved my party multiple Uber trips (limited) and bus rides (limited to where we were staying). Since we didn't have a reservation we had to wait a bit for another customer but he was very pleasant about the whole thing and worked with me to accommodate our request. The next day I picked up a new car which worked great for our party of five and all our ski gear. We made a day trip and had no issues with the car. It was safe to drive in the snow and I felt comfortable knowing it had snow tires. Pete has a lot going on with his businesses. He repairs phones, rents cars, and does property management. If you're not an a@@ I'm sure you'll be treated well. Another plus is he's right off the bus line which goes directly into town so it's easy to drop off your car and get to a shuttle. I will definitely book with him again versus a larger car rental if we head back. His prices and convenience definitely were preferable to a larger rental agency.

Realizing she was likely going to miss her flight, which was the last one of the day, we were both in a panic. I couldn't get in touch with an actual human at the service I had set up for her, so I began calling company after company with this absurd request-- for someone to pick up my daughter immediately. My luck finally changed when Nick answered the phone at Summit Express. Instead of the quick "no" I had heard from the first five companies I called, Nick put me on hold for a couple of minutes. He came back and asked if my daughter was ready now; he said they would pick her up in 14 minutes! I looked at Life360 less than 15 minutes after hanging up with Nick, and my girl was on the move, driving to DEN! Because of Nick and my daughter's driver, Jeffrey, she made her flight and wasn't stranded alone overnight in Denver. This morning, we were able to celebrate my mom's final day of chemotherapy/radiation in person with her, which would have not been possible if I didn't get so lucky as to find Summit Express and Nick. Going forward, we will only use Summit Express!

When our travel plans changed Alexa was very responsive and understanding. All of my inquiries were addressed with an immediate response. We flew into CO for a week. Craig welcomed us at the airport and also drove us to Breck the next day. He was so patient and kind especially when I asked him about the area. Craig even gave me a list of suggestions (where to dine, popular dishes etc) This was very helpful!! Erik picked us to a few days later and took us to a snowmobile activity. Erik also arrived on time. Actually he arrived EARLY when he brought us back to our hotel bc he didn't want us to wait in the cold. Thanks Erik!!! On our final day, Christopher took us back to Denver Intl airport. We also enjoyed our comfortable ride with Chris. Peak 1 Express: I'd use again!…read more I was under the impression the ride was 2-ish hours from the airport to Breckenridge, and I was wrong (which may have been my misunderstanding). The ride is supposed to be *around* 3 hours. We stopped for some folks to transfer, a bathroom stop, then to Silverthorne, then to Breckenridge (which there were 4 different stops for the riders). The ride from the airport to our destination felt much, much longer than my return shuttle. I wish there was a better way to drop folks off on all the small towns on the way (especially when the rentals and cabins are far off the main roads). My first shuttle was half full and it was fairly comfortable for breathing room in between us. I could imagine it being a lot less comfortable if it were a full shuttle (and being on a full shuttle after, I realize how lucky I am to be on a half full shuttle to start). It was on time to pick us up, but we didn't get to leave until closer to 25 mins later due to someone's flight being delayed (also not their fault, drivers arrange with a walkie-talkie system on them fly to talk to the main office to get it sorted). We unfortunately got stuck in about an hour of traffic (to no fault of anyone) and it was high spirits and good tunes. Our driver (Mike?) was so great! He was wonderful to talk to and had lots of stories! My return shuttle was larger and completely full. A little confusing on where to stand in the skier drop lot for Breckenridge, but the driver called me and I was just out of site for him. Drive was great and no traffic this time! My tip is to leave plenty of time from the airport and shuttle, manage your expectations. I could also see a different experience with different drivers/bad weather. From my experience, they do everything in their power to get you where you need to go! I'd use them again.
