Okay, this review update is LONG overdue (sorry, Hearing Rehab Center!)…read more I've since become a customer, and I found out that the actual services they provide is NOTHING like the way they handle phone calls (which I covered in my original review). Dr. Elizabeth is fantastic! She's friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and did I mention friendly? Their prices are fair, and she did not try to push any products on me (which many audiologists tend to do). She gave me exactly what I needed (an earmold) without much fuss. Even though I've been to Dr. Elizabeth's office only twice, I've made her my go-to audiologist.

Doctor recommended hearing aids to help with tinnitus. Despite having a specific model in mind, Rocky Mountain Audiology insisted on another model for demo. When there was no improvement, the doctor's feedback was a shrug and claim that there are no guarantees treatments will work, followed by a recitation of the same lifestyle changes we walked in already knowing. Finally, an absurd bill for the non-service complete with charge for mailing said bill.
