Place is a JOKE. I…read morehad originally set up an appointment at the Frisco location. I called back the week before to confirm, but for some reason they moved it to Edwards. I didn't have anyone to transport me that time, so I needed to reschedule. Ended up having an emergency over the weekend, and needed to be rushed to the Denver hospital. They prescribed amoxicillin for the infection that I was experiencing. (Found out Hospital's are not allowed to remove teeth). I stopped by the Frisco location at 8am on Monday ("opening"). Surprised to see me, Dr. Karl Heggdouche told me he will only there for 20min on a "personal call". I explained to him that I had a severe infection, to which he responded "you don't look that swollen" and that I was "interrupting". BEST PART, HE DIDN'T EVEN CARE TO LOOK AT IT... Even after calling back, begging for ANY appointment, just for the infected tooth, they dropped my call. Than wouldn't answer at 2-3pm!! This "Dr." shouldn't have a license, and the office needs to get rid of the windows 99 scheduling system. I mean your closed for most of the week anyways, why not just close everything down and stop lying to people that you have the staff... If your having a bad day, I get it... but to drop my call in a fu*king emergency... you're a cu*t and shouldn't have a license at all. Consider the February appointment cancelled, spot in Denver was much cheaper!! Thanks for nothing!

Jordan, the surgical assistant, was both welcoming and comforting. Truly some of the best customer service that I have experienced. To make matters even better, Dr. Heggland was incredible. Attentive and personable are just a few words I would use to describe him. Fixed my problem in a matter of minutes! Wish I lived in the area so I could go back and recommend them to others.

After recovery, I had back pain 24 hours a day and couldn't even stand on my feet for more than 10 minutes. Other doctors kept saying that my bones had healed and I just had residual pain and to accept it. IN 2003, I felt I couldn't take the pain anymore and needed to find a solution. I was referred to Dr. Corenman and I made an appointment. Walking through the hallways of his clinic, I realized he treated very famous athletes and expected him to be arrogant (like some doctors) I was pleasantly surprised, he was not just a nice guy, he took the time to listen and he truly cared. I still remember what he said to me once he saw my MRI "My dear child, you must be in such pain." I started to cry, finally someone that understood my pain and cared enough to do something about it.I had L5S1 fusion surgery and after rehabilitation and physical therapy, I could stand and walk with very little pain. We used an oxygen concentrator, which basically separates normal air into oxygen and nitrogen and concentrates the oxygen. Although Alpine Air will gladly deliver the unit to you, we decided to go to their location and pick it up. Once there, we received excellent and friendly service. In particular, the tech recommended a longer breathing tube so that the unit (which does make some noise) could be outside of the bedroom with the bedroom door closed to muffle the sound. This worked great. An excellent idea we would not have thought of ourselves. When we were done with the machine, we called for a pickup and within the hour their van arrived. So, we had a great experience with Alpine Air.

It's a beautiful facility but the nurses are the worst care givers I've ever seen. They sit at the…read moredesk while your waiting for surgery talking about eating, when everyone who is going into surgery is starving. Then post surgery, rather than getting up, they shout instructions to you in your bed -- don't eat when the blood monitor is on, you can't bend your elbow without setting off the alarm. Never an offer for water or a blanket. Nurse Ratchett had more compassion than these people.

The treatments were bilateral epidurals each time for relief of the issue that will ultimately require surgery. I could not be happier with each of the 3 visits - the VVSC team has done a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and at ease with these procedures. Unless you've met your deductible, they will bill you some ridiculous amount after you've gone for several visits. They claim "it's common practice" to not tell customers how much the service costs until after the service is complete. How is this not criminal?? The whole medical profession has become corrupt -- legally. Where is the State?? As for the service? They charged $420 for my first visit (reduced by a deal with my insurance carrier) for 35 minutes with a physical therapist -- the other 25 minutes I was left alone with a heat pack. Criminal.

After PT didn't help, I had surgery and was surprised with a $600 bill from PT. On my last day of PT I triple checked with front desk that I was all paid up and wouldn't be getting billed for anything. Kylie assured me I was all paid. Imagine my surprise when I owed 100% of what I had already paid. I would have never agreed to PT twice a week if I knew it was $60 a visit. Apparently, this is a mistake from management that has happened before (see previous review). If you have bright health be aware of this problem. And to top it off, Kylie at the front desk was rude and even laughed at me (and offered no apology). I paid the bill but want others to be made aware of this problem. I must add: Emma and Erika are both good at their jobs. This is not a review reflecting their services.
