As laundromats go, you get the job done. Your machines are well maintained, and broken down ones never seem to stay "out of order" for long, You are quite large, and I can't say I've ever had to wait for either a washer or dryer. Overall, I have always been satisfied with what you have to offer. Your convenience store counterpart is a decent place, with a fair bit of variety, and a good sized magazine section in particular. Also enjoyable, though admittedly a shamefully guilty pleasure, is the so-greasy-and disgusting-it's-actually-kind-of-yummy-in-way-I-would-never-admit-to-anyone (oh...wait...) Chester Chicken that you sell. Mmmmm-mmmm good. Oh, and though I have never filled up here, I cannot fail to mention that you are also a gas station, an Esso in fact, should this matter to anyone. Thus, though each portion of your business is overall fairly standard on it's own, when I look at the whole picture, it seems you are a triple threat, with quite a bit to offer your customers. This place says under new management but clearly they just took over a dump and didn't do much…read more While the hours are convenient and there are a lot of machines (14 washers and dryers), they're small and need some maintenance. Many of the dryers don't dry fully and you will need to put more money in ($2 for wash or dry loads). The location is great with lots of parking out front but the place is definitely dumpy with gross old furniture and not very clean. The worst part is that there are no attendants on site and the two other spots in the strip mall are vacant so there's no one to make change. Make sure you bring some. Avoid dryer #3 as it is pretty much the worst of the bunch and you will spend $6 just to dry a one regular load and just be aggravated. Would be great to find another spot nearby but so far, nothing closer for us. The machines in Kentville at the Needs are much better and there are options for larger loads in larger machines for the same price. Only reason we're coming here is because we're waiting for new machines to be delivered which (like many supplies during the pandemic), are delayed. Good luck!

This place I'm convinced does not train their employees on what the prices are, nevermind how to use the cash register. There have been numerous times where I have bought pop, chips, and other snacks that were on sale and the cash register put them through at full price. Not only has this happened numerous times, but the employees are always dumbfounded when I point it out. Nevermind the items on sale are usually advertised at the front right next to the cash register. Then there was the time I bought about $9.00 worth of items. The first time they rang through, the cashier would have put them through as $40 if I had not pointed it out. Then it got reduced to $15 because again they were still dumbfounded at the fact some of those items were advertised as onsale right next to them. Did they apologize profusely? No; rather, one of them had the gall to tell me to calm down after I was clearly becoming frustrated with them for trying to overprice what I was buying. No real apologie, no here's something for free to make up for the fact we almost sold you a $9 purchase for almost $40. Just simply "Alright, mame, calm down." Yeah... I'll calm down and take my business elsewhere.
