Really high quality nice pieces and my mom wanted them to be recovered due to the color of the leather. Well Ms. Endrina stole the inserts and then gave my 70+ yr old mother the cheapest fabric showing pics of the fabric online only. Stuffing the pillows with cheap cotton ball calling it "the Essence of Down" keeping the high quality inserts and sending back the cotton filled pillows. My mother is very nice and so she took them and didn't really inspect them. Once I was able to visit my mother the pillows were flat and awkward looking. Endrina had kept the leather covers and inserts initially returning nothing until I said something my mom. She then proceeded to make excuses and only returning 3 leather covers because she used those heavy duty inserts to make covers for herself and others. It's a huge disappointment when trying to deal with our kind. When addresses she refused to pay for the lost leather covering and the inserts she so kindly "courteously" (sarcasm) replaced without my mother's permission. And 4 pillows that are no more than 6 inches in height costing $300 is crazy work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Results are ALWAYS perfect whether an OLD wing back chair (Ethan Allen needing updating) or two very thick bottom cushions with piping; two rather large French-style back pillows (purchased in 2006) for two oversized chairs and matching ottoman; and even an old black leather piano stool needing updating. Quite a bit of savings versus buying new if you can update and keep the great quality you had initially. I would not recommend until "after covid is over" because he cannot do a job in the estimated amount of time. I called and asked how do I do an estimate is there a place online and I was told no they sent me an email address . No there's a place online to request estimates , they half hearted read the request. Then they send me an email back that I have to bring in a cushion so they can see what kind of inside cushion I had or wanted. I called back and asked what types of cushions there, so I don't have to drive out there. vaguely knew hat was available. I asked about warranty on the cushion seats they didn't know they had to speak with her manager first. Then said they were out of most of the cushion forms and couldn't do anything till December. couldn't tell us that in the beginning? doesn't the person working with the customers have all this information from the start?? Cluelless...should not be this difficult. I'm taking my business somewhere else.
