Since we live in the Bay Area and couldn't always see homes in person, John made the process easy by taking detailed videos and clearly walking us through the pros and cons of each property. I always felt like I was their top priority and got their undivided attention. How they're able to be so effective I have no idea, but I would love to it figure out. I interviewed five different teams before I was lucky enough to come across Beau. While there are other good options I am absolutely confident he is the best. In addition to a complete understanding of the ins and outs of the home buying process itself he knows houses, the housing market, this area, and any other professional that might be needed in the process of purchasing a home. If you need a mortgage broker, inspector, lawyer, or place to get a used refrigerator Beau has top notch connections. More to my point, all these connections have been phenomenal and talk the world of Beau. When things do not go to plan he keeps a cool head and has multiple different ideas to offer up on how to move forward. His depth of experience and insight surpasses his age by so much that I'm almost positive he has some type of anti-aging/time machine device he isn't sharing with the rest of us. What's more, he is willing to use his education and experience to teach you as much as you want to learn. Kylie, simply put, is a joy to be around. She loves her job and it shows. She see's houses every day and she has an intimate knowledge of neighborhoods, home values, and Reno housing trends. She has, what I assume to be, a unique ability to read into your mind and know what kind of house will make you happy. Kylie never once tried selling me a house that she knew wasn't for me. She was extremely candid about everything, never pushy, and always patient. She was able to answer the vast majority of questions I had and what she didn't know she found out immediately and added that info to her repertoire for future use. It was odd working with someone that I enjoyed being around more than the majority of my friends, but it was awesome as well. Let it also be known that she knows the nuts and bolts of the entire process and has an extremely thorough understanding of all parts. Dickson Realty has continued education for it's employees and Kylie is literally the teacher. Do not underestimate her, she is a power house player and the more you're around her the more obvious it becomes. I won't get into specifics on all the issues that have arisen with the home that I have purchased (after I purchased it) but it needs to be said that Kylie and Beau will stand by you even after their part of the transaction is over.
