My experience with Valderas Financial Solutions was unprofessional, stressful, and disorganized from start to finish. Despite providing all documentation well before the tax deadline (in February), I was left in the dark with no updates, no return to review, and no confirmation of filing. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and when I did get a response, it was vague, dismissive, and condescending.
When I finally terminated the relationship in writing, I received a follow-up email moments later pretending nothing had happened and continuing to ask for tax information on something I had already provided months ago. I was never sent a completed return or even an invoice.
Mind you, I submitted all relevant tax info in February, taxes were due April 15th, and now it is June 10th still with absolutely no completed return or documented work done on my behalf.
Tax season is stressful enough--do yourself a favor and work with someone who communicates clearly, treats you with respect, and actually files your return. read more
