We took home a couple samples and within 5 minutes knew exactly what we wanted. Dale came by our house the next day to take measurements and then shortly after we got on the waiting list. Unfortunately my husband and I contracted COVID during the time they were scheduled to lay our flooring but they were flexible and pushed out the date a couple weeks. While they were here the crews were friendly, professional, and provided quality work. Our floors were leveled out, old laminate under our old flooring was pulled up and now we have beautiful hardwood and tile flooring. After they were finished, we noticed that there were a couple spots that weren't glued down properly. Dale sent out the crews to come back and fix the area. We love the end result! Highly recommend and in the future when it is time to replace our carpet, we know exactly where we want to get it from.

I purchased a "rental ready" supposed turn key rental property sight unseen(I understand the lack of due diligence was my fault). The house had structural issues, tiles were popping up all over the kitchen floor, holes in the drywall covered by duct tape and then painted, no door on the breaker box, cigarette butts on the laundry area floor, front door didn't close or lock properly, the condensate drain line was improperly installed and was not strapped under house, a toilet that sat on a crack concrete bathroom floor with a gap under it I could put my hand in, wall sockets that crumbled as try to remove them to change out. I could go on, and on, and on...... I've been in several houses they managed and maintained and the work was shameful. There's a name for people that rent out houses in that kind of condition. I thought they would at least put effort in to processing my rent payments in a timely manner. I thought wrong. It usually took 3-4 weeks after the tenant had paid before we received our portion of the funds, and that was usually after having to chase it up multiple times. You'd be hard pressed to find a tween with more excuses. The final month of business we learned that they were sitting on 2 months of rent from the tenant, and we still had not received ours. That was after being told 4 times that the money had been sent electronically. It's not like they had to double entry book keep in a ledger and mail a check! I never figured out if they just liked to sit on other peoples money, their couldn't handle simple administration, or the didn't have the money in the bank to send me mine and had to wait for other peoples rent to come in first If you are a landlord don't waste your time.
